Terrible food. This place would have thrived if the neighboring business were up and running but I guess due to the pandemic and their location - their business and food has gone south.Ordered take out through this place. The location was not my usual Chipotle as my usual one in Westborough was closed.After receiving the food, I noticed that the ingredients tasted old, including the vegetables. It looks like they were sitting out on the countertop for a long time. I didn't feel like eating my dinner any further. No one in my household liked their dishes either. I would NOT visit this place again. Hopefully they improve their food quality. May be I will return in a few years to check them out.
I was on the toilet after eating their food! I usually like chipotle but something was off about this one.It was after the lunch rush so you would expect things to be a mess, however it was over the top dirty. There was food everywhere, it was actually really disgusting.One of the workers pants were so low you could see their boxers and his backside was facing the line! I'm talking full bottom out.Some of my chips were moist to the touch and the salsa was mostly liquid and half full.
The girl that served us was rude telling people to hurry and decide or get in the back of the line because she had other people to take care of. I ordered the carnitas burrito and it felt like I was eating a bag of salt. Chips were also extremely salty. Asked if the coke could be replaced because it was out and the same girl rolled her eyes at me and said to give her a second. Im from out of town and let me tell you, I will NOT come back here!
We visited on Sunday evening, February 6th. We order brown rice, chopped chicken, beans and salsa as a brown bowl takeout. The food was ABSURDLY salty! We've eaten there before and have NEVER had food so salty! From now on we will, and you should too, taste the before leaving the parking lot.
Online orders only??? How stupid is that when I'm already at the store? And they refuse to give you water. Chipotle is tumbling downhill, especially this location.
Was in town visiting for a hockey event stopped here for a quick dinner. Was met by a nice employee, friendly staff, but the place is not clean. It's not a priority. Floors and tables were pretty filthy. It's kind of in an odd location as well. Food was about how any Chipotle would be, pretty consistent.
this has happened to me twice so i’m writing a review on here… i order a mexican coke on the website, don’t get any alerts that the store doesn’t have any, but then get an EMPTY CUP!!! not everyone can leave work hence why they get delivery. i contacted them through their website but whoever handles that doesn’t read what people write. i used to love chipotle but lately they’ve been disappointing
Went there today and the guy did not wear gloves I had too ask him too please put them on and too top it off he kept coughing while as you can see his mask was not covering his nose … please people we are all in this together and have too protect ourselves from COVID . Wearing no mask is inappropriate while handling others food
This place just gets worse, and worse. Consistently missing items in mobile orders, with no rhyme or reason as to why. Neglecting to put items in orders for pickup and fail to tell customers they are out of a given item until they arrive and are forced to ask at the counter. It’s just sloppy. The presentation of the food also just makes it seem like these folks could care less. Soupy bowls, loaded with sour cream when you ask for light, drowning in salsa, swimming in grease. For a chain built on providing quick, tasty, and somewhat healthy meals, this place just showcases how a good thing can go so wrong. I’d be more forgiving if it wasn’t something I’ve been told will change and never seems to. I guess I’ll just have to give the small competition even more of my business, I’m sure it’ll be worth it in the long run.
I have to say this, I eat at this Chipotle a lot. There food is good. But last few times they haven't had a lot of things, like corn, lettuce or Taco shells. A few weeks before they said they close at 8pm on sat, but on the door says open till 10 daily. They don't open or make anything fresh past 630 it seems. Getting very frustrated , if the door says 10, they should be open till 10 and have everything in stock. This location needs to be more upfront with there hours and employees if they are making up times of closing and refreshing the food.
