Rude, extremely rude if you don’t like your job then please find somewhere else to work
This location doesn’t serve customers burgers after 6:30 when they close at 7.Edit: In response to owner, this was not a supply chain issue in any way. Alej refused to serve the item because the store was set to close at 7pm (30 minutes after I arrived).
Horrible service..the manger I think she said her name is alex was very rude and all she was worried about was talking to the male house keeper from the mall. She has no type of professionalism at all. She shouldn’t work with people at all. Will not be returning to this place again.

I like to come to this place, Alejandra the general manager is very friendly, she is always willing to help me with my order, she is very fast even though she is alone, I did not have to wait for my food, always fresh food, and a very clean place. Thank you!!!

They are the best in the foodcourt and gets my food to me quickly. The manager is the best.
I took my son yesterday to the mall, I begged my child to go shopping with me. He then asked if we could stop by Burger King on the way out. I said yes! When we got in line my son order his food when two women came into line and order food not wearing their mask properly. My son got scared as he has Ashma extremely bad and needs nebulizers during the day. The girls noticed he was uncomfortable and proceeded to cough and kept doing it whilewalkingcloserto my son... I can't believe Burger King served them after doing this to a twelve year old boy... My son didn't even want to go in the first place because he's scared of catching covid this experience didn't help!! Shame on you BK I'm also making a full complaint to the Board of Health too. SATURDAY 6PM I have video proof.
I was not overly impressed. We ordered a drink, nuggets and a sandwich that came to nearly 25.00. I know it's mall rent is a lot but there's no way the average person can spend that kind of money on lunch in the food court day in and day out. Staff was in no hurry to get the order out to us either.
worst experience at burger king!!! As Alejandra was taking my order, she continued to eat a burger, with her mask off.. i asked her for ranch (I had ordered a 10 piece nugget and a large fry) and was told “no you have to pay” when it says you’re allowed 2 sauces for nuggets.. she had an extremely bad attitude & talked bad about a previous customer to me stating “she was disrespectful”... this overall experience was terrible. I got dirty looks, poor service, cold food, eye rolls... waste of money!! miserable workers! I watched her ruin a family’s mood by belittling them over fresh fries. would NOT recommend. oh yeah, and this was the general manager.. who then continued to fall security all because I asked for ranch.. blows my mind. wish the best of luck for them.
