Doesn't taste that great compared to other BM outlets. I'd suggest the owner to go and taste food at other BM outlets before commenting on my review.Latest: This stores doesn’t keep it up to their timing listed neither on the website or written in the store. I’m visiting the store and it is closed. This is the fourth time this is happening to me and today it’s a Sunday at 6pm. WTH?!
Last few visits have been okay. It’s been a while, since this place was closed off and on due to staff shortages. When I had visited though, it was often good enough. The value of Boston Market has definitely declined over the years however. While nothing beats the comfort food that this chain serves, the food doesn’t command the price tag that is offered. To top it off, there have been many times I have visited and found that staples of the side dish and main menus were unavailable well before or at the start of peak times. Also, the whole “premium” side dish thing needs to stop. Two scoops of canned sweet potatoes mashed and covered in brown sugar and marshmallows isn’t a premium… For the cost of a large premium side I could probably make half or just as much as they put in one of the hotel pans they make and sell daily.
Last night my fiance went in after a disappointing experience with doordash. I've been sick and was craving their chicken noodle soup so I had ordered a bunch on Doordash along some other stuff. After waiting a decent amount of time our order was canceled "by the store". I was desperate and hoping it was because something else we had ordered was out so my fiance offered to just go down there in hopes they had the soup. Turns out they did and it wasnt even them who canceled the order. Apparently, our driver was upset that one of the items we ordered was out and that she would have to call us and just took off and canceled the order. (I also called doordash and they said she reported the store as closed)The pregnant woman behind the counter (he sadly, didnt catch her name)was so sweet to my fiance and appologized profusly, as if it was her fault. She was more than accomidating trying to help him find something to replace the item they didnt have. She turned a bad experience great and we thank her! The soup wand other items were delicious, per usual.
Show the queens of this establishment some love!! I came in on 2/12 around 6:45 and I could tell things had been rough. Just being nice can make someone’s day. I hope everyone that was working has a better night!!!

Never open, food is garbage employees don't care
I went there last week , totally ghetto!! The staff don’t want to work and I don’t know who owns this franchise cause they might as well close it down. I’ve already complained on Corporate website about them and haven’t heard back! Walked in and was turned down food because they said they were closing even when it was all right there hot and ready to go. This was at 5:30 they close at 7. The staff was sitting on their butt and in the back room being as unprofessional as ever. Terrible!
Door was locked sign said only online orders. So I went to my car and placed an online order. Was waiting in the car for my 20 minutes until the food was supposed to be ready. I saw a guy hammer on the door and was let in. My order was canceled just after he left. Went to Panera instead much better customer service and fast as well. Will never go back here.
Employees are absolutely awful here... They don't wear masks and they always close down the restaurant and leave long before it is closing time. I'm also pretty sure they were smoking cigarettes in the back area but not positive. The food has definitely gone down in quality over the years and some of my favorite items have been removed from the menu.
Every time I place an online order and pay in advance I receive a phone call saying they’re out of chicken. So basically they’re open for absolutely no reason.Editing to add that I was charged for my order and was not refunded. So the restaurant called me to cancel my order yet did not actually cancel my transaction.
