Saturday I went to the restaurant with my family 5 people took almost an hour to get a table if the restaurant was not even full. I talked to the manager and she said that she couldn't join the tables before because there was different waitress at the tables.. it was just sharing the tip if that was the problem. more preferred to make the client nervous. And the food wasn't even that good!
The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting lots of seating. Food was excellent, tasty and delicious. So far the best place to enjoy quick delicious and healthy well prepared meal. Thank goodness it was really clean and COVID-19 precaution measures lots of space indoors and outdoor. Excellent

Decent food. Absolutely horrible service. Very rude, no personality. Waited 40 minutes inside the store for an order of homefries when they told me they weren’t ready. Come to find out they were sitting on the counter the whole time.

Every time I visit the Big Apple I get great friendly service and a delicious meal. I loved my steak and eggs breakfast. I will be returning sooner than later.
They do not have a hostess so you need to sign in when you arrive as a heads up and they do not even acknowledge that you are waiting. On busy days they should notice and someone help out their customers. They did not go in order of first to arrive so we ended up choosing leave. Poor service and management. Will not try again.
I had pancakes (awesome), real maple syrup. I, also, had the homemade hash and it was over cooked. Their ice tea was good.
