Our server was great. However we arrived at 2pm for our reservation. Was told oh no when did you make this reservation (hours before) we just got slammed with 2 big parties. They had a reservation for 7 but now there is 12⦠ok not our problem I thought. Greeter said, not sure what we can do for you. Really we had a reservation? They struggled to find us a spot. But the initial conversation was simply I donât think we can seat you. Was pretty upset as we were in between games for a hockey tournament and had limit time, hence why we booked a reservation. As mentioned server was attentive and great, wish I got his name. Food came out quick and was tasty.
First time here. Had both dishes at other Bertuccis yet these were not the same. Chicken broccoli rigatoni and Alfredo pasta. Both drowning in Alfredo sauce literally was like pasta in a soup. My niece gets this every time she goes to a Bertuccis and is never like this. No flavor either. She had to add salt I had to add pepper and cheese(to Alfredo!). And I had two pieces of chicken and could not eat the rest. It was like microwaved cheap chicken. So disappointing! Needless to say we did not take home and normally we would take what we could not finish. My Sangria literally taste like ice water. My 16 year old niece said “Maybe it’s a new Chef”. Our server and the bread rolls were great but meals and drink were terrible.
I had a wonderful work lunch at Bertucci’s. The food was great and the drinks were very refreshing. Thank you so much to Kelli O for providing excellent service and being a true sweetie!
This place just could not get everything right. the calzones came out burnt, the pasta came out late and it was cold and things seem to be a mess there. They need to really get things under control before they are ready for actual customers. You could definitely tell that they were short-staffed. I don't have a problem with that, but when you're paying those prices, it needs to be right
They have Gluten sensitive pizza but if your celiac it's not safe. The Verde and the Wild Mushroom are my favorite. Both times I have been here recently it has taken over an hour to get my food. Staff is friendly.

For a chain restaurant, Bertucci's was a delightful surprise. Their warm rolls that are brought to your table initially are to die for! We ordered two of their flatbread lunch-size pizzas and found the crust was of similar caliber with interesting topping combinations. The Service was a little slow, but the place became very busy after we got there on a Sunday afternoon and it appeared like everyone was ordering pizza with only one person manning the fire-grilling area, which I could see from my seat. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised.
Long wait time. I had to asl for bread 3 times before getting it, but it was the waitresses first day. They accommodated my dairy allergy and the food was good. Menus out of date aparently but they honored the prices still.
I ordered a bundle - two pizzas and a salad for $40. Everything was fresh and delicious. The host was friendly. We were happy with everything!
Please try to hire some additional staff, last several visits there was only one waitress. She was very, very busy to the extent that our orders were missing and / or incorrect. I didn't have the heart to tell her because she was overwhelmed.
