Lovely ambiance. Rose tea outstanding fragrance. The tea itself can be stronger. The crystal bubble's consistency is a bit hard. But overall nice tea for a reasonable price.
Good drinks but not the best service. I went there a few time and most of the time the people were nice and respectful but today I’m not sure if it busy, short on staff or she’s just rude but this girl was a bit disrespectful. Also I didn’t know bag cost 25cent because I got one last for free and I didn’t see it written anywhere. If there is a sign then my bad, but if not, then I think it would be nice if you inform us. I don’t like paying my drink then get notify that I have to pay another 25cent for a bag when I don’t have cash……. (I’m not sure if it’s because she was the one who made the drink or what but it doesn’t taste as good as before ?)
Prices are high like all bubble tea cafes but still great.
Strawberry mojito (non-alcoholic), brown sugar milk tea, and 5 pc spicy fried chicken were so good! Long wait for chicken, 40 minutes. Enjoyable atmosphere and delicious food and drink.
They don’t know how to respect people. Their service is TRASH! They just laughed at my English in front of me without any RESPECT! I can’t hear you clearly with your speaker!!! But if you’re looking for drinks instead of service, it’s worth trying. For me, never again.
Bubble tea is not the best but they have a lot of variety and snacks to go with it. It's a great spot to sit and have a snack while overlooking Maldeb
The names of the teas/ drinks in different sections are very similar so be careful while ordering. This happened to me (ordering a drink from the wrong section) and they were so sweet that they made the drink again. Tbh I had given up on boba tea about a year ago, thinking that I can never acquire that taste - but I simply loved the Rose Oolong Milk Tea with Bubbles (cold) from Tsaocaa, and I can safely say I like boba tea now! Highly recommend them

Great, but they need to ask how much sugar you want. Way to much sugar.
