Went here for a late lunch on a Tuesday. Getting seated was quick and the servers were friendly. The decor of the place was pleasant, however I think they need a good wall cleaning. Ordered an egg roll appetizer and I got a pho (#38). The egg rolls were tasty and hot, but I wish there were more than 2. The pho had a good amount of noodles and tripe however the soup lacked flavor and just tasted like water (my sister thought the soup smelt weird). Overall, I think there are better options for vietnamese food, specifically the pho.
Good price for a great bowl of pho. I got the combination and it was fantastic. Deeply flavored broth and a good amount of meat. Will have to come back to try the other menu items - if I'm not feeling the pho!
I can’t recommend that place for takeout dinner. Ordered chicken rice. It was literally dry pieces of chicken and white rice (no sauce or any gravy) and just 2 slices of cucumber on the side. Ha ha very funny guys.Woman who gave my order was unfriendly.
The broth was very rich and clear. Beef noodle soup, brisket, tendon and tripe. Meats were very tender and delicious. Service was incredibly fast. Server was great at explaining and verifying my food allergies. It's been 2 years since I had Pho last and it was a great experience.
Prices, people, and presentation .... all exceptional!!It's a bit dark inside but that's not a huge issue.
food is over priced and service is below average. I feel food catfished it was horrible cold and tasted old
The pho used to be very good, but I think they may have changed the cook or recipe last year. Now the broth in the pho is a little bit oily? Just not as good as before. Their roast quail is still pretty good.
Been here three times. Delicious food. I had the seafood clay pot. Tasted very good
This was my first time with Vietnamese food. The noodles rice soup was awesome. Very healthy and tasty food.
Our favourite Vietnamese in Chinatown closed down due to Covid and the race to find a replacement started. Came upon Pho Bistro and so glad we gave it a try. Very good Pho, very little MSG, I hate being thirsty all day after too much MSG Pho (Pho Woburn tends to give me that). Had the brisket Pho, very very good. Broth was delicious, staffs friendly. Also had a hot pot seafood rice, pretty good, it was more Chinese flavor than vietnamese but good enough. Next visit will try their Bun, since we love ‘Lemongrass chicken vermicelli’.
