I ordered a small veggie pizza on a Wednesday and it took over an hour to get to my house. I live five minutes away from the restaurant. I called three separate times and was never called by the driver to let me know he was lost or late. I even offered to cancel my order and personally come in and get another pizza because I knew the pizza would be stone cold by the time it got to me. They wouldn’t reimburse me and told me to just wait the driver was coming. The driver came, but he literally threw my pizza at my door without knocking because he knew he f’d up. I will never order from here again.
Solid pizza (and that's from a former NJ/NY resident!), good chicken fingers, I really like their french fries --especially the buffalo chicken fries! I don't think I've had anything I didn't enjoy from here.The only catch is delivery. It's so wildly inconsistent, and sometimes on a Friday or Saturday they will say 30-40 min and your food will arrive after 70+ min. I've resorted to going and picking it up instead (and even then, you could be waiting an extra 10 min after they said it would be ready).
pizza was really great, I've had it before and I'll be getting it again. It takes a long time if you get delivery. onion rings were straight from a middle school cafeteria, not ok. still getting their pizza again though.
I made an order 6:20PM. After almost an hour of waiting(7:26PM)I decided to call and see what the state of the order was. They told me that the delivery guy was out and to wait. I call again at 7:56 to see where my food is and they tell me they haven’t even started making my food. It was the most unprofessional experience I ever had with a pizza place.
Been ordering from NY pizza for years. Unusually I got a cold pizza delivered today.
Very rude customers service I have been placing an order since 6 it's 8 I still never get the order when I call she said oh ma'am we making the pizza right now if you wanna cancel it you can ma'am let me tell you something you will always need customers without them the store won't be able to open
Best buffalo chicken pizza ever! No other place could hold up to their chicken pizza. But that's what their only known for. Nothing else stands out besides the chicken pizza. Good price as well.
This pizza store has awful delivery time. I ordered a pizza at 4:30 and it didn’t arrive until 7pm. Completely unacceptable, maybe 1.5hrs if ur busy but 2.5hrs for 2 pizzas when we live in the same city. What was worse was that they told us they were short staffed which I would have understood but not at 2.5hrs to get my food. At that point i would have picked up. 1.5 hrs in they told me 10mins until the driver left then another hour went by. Awful will never buy from here again.
The pizza is very good especially the buffalo chicken pizza.
Been ordering takeout from them since the pandemic started. The food arrives warm and tastes really good. The veg pizzas really come loaded with toppings, subs are really good - not greasy. The staff is always friendly and the drivers are always so kind.
