Napoli Pizza was ok. The food was good. They did honor our request for a side salad, instead of fries with the grilled sandwiches. However, the young lady at the counter kept talking on the phone in her native Indian language. To get her attention was difficult. So, when we said we would dine in, she didn't listen. She gave us our order inside a paper bag, with no paper plates. Also, didn't put lettuce and tomatoes on the side. She also forgot to take onions out of salads. My friend is allergic to onions.
Great service and food, I keep coming back to them for the chicken Parmesan pasta. The side salad and garlic bread is also appreciated and great.
The food is excellent. Like you take a bite and then need a pause to savor it excellent.I'm visiting Boston and ordered here twice this vacation so far. Hummus Wrap and chicken fingers the first day and cheese tortellini and cheese pizza today.I saw other reviews here. I'm glad I ordered without reading them first. Maybe it's inconsistent, but in that case, I got lucky and had great food.
Ordered something off their menu - a grilled veggi roll up and they charged me $17!!! Yet the steak & cheese is $10!!! Completely ridiculous it says it’s $6.50 on the menu complete scam artistsEdited to add: of course I didn’t order a $17 dollar sandwich that had 4 veggies and cheese - and nice business model accusing the customer of lying? We used to come all the time & you just lost a great customer… we were appalled we didn’t get a call back after you tried to rip us off on a $17 veggi on pita bread

if there an option for 0 starts I would choose it first of all the woman that picked up the phone was very rude and so was the person that delivered my food which was cold and nasty server name is adil
How can you look at this picture and say that’s a steak and cheese?I’ve lived across this place for 10 years. Every once in a while I’ll try them out again to see if something changes. Seems like they always have new owners or managers and food is mediocre.This time I ordered a steak and cheese online and this is what I got. Doesn’t have cheese. Or anything else. I called and they said I didn’t write down I wanted Mayo or lettuce or peppers. All thing that are normally on a steak and cheese but apparently I have to specify.
The food wasn't bad it was just cold but the service was not very good I am disappointed.
ordered on slice over an hour before they closed and they confirmed the order and did not deliver it. no calls or nothing will never order from them again terrible service
