This location is so inconsistent. We live next door and visit quite frequently. There is a HUGE difference between the day crew and the night crew. We have never had any issues with the day crew, but the night crew absolutely needs some calibration. We ordered the same exact 2 coffees yesterday as we did tonight and we literally had to throw them in the trash tonight because they’re not able to be consumed. My boyfriend went inside to say something and was handed extra creamers. His drink usually comes with mocha and caramel sauce with whipped cream, but tonight came with straight cream and nothing else. Couldn’t even communicate with anyone inside. Absolutely flabbergasted with how management is running this place at night. We have had SO many issues and nothing is being done about any of it! Management reached out via phone call after these posts, but never fixes the actual issues within the restaurant.
Well, Sandra you must be having a bad day. But I do recommend not talking so loud. I overheard you talking to your employee about how I cannot make up my mind about my order. In fact I did *make up my mind*, I asked for a quarter pounder deluxe with 2 extra patties and two extra cheese. And I've made about 3 attempts to make sure the order was correct. Maybe you should correct your employees first before you come for your customers. However your attitude didn't really show that you cared, that I was trying to make sure I got my order correct. Lo and behold, I knew I should've stopped to check. But all the employees you had looked like they hated life and anyone who came to order. Including yourself Sandra. But end of story, I got a double quarter pounder not what I asked 3 times for. Trust me, Ive tried ordered a triple deluxe quarter pounder before and your employees tried to school me on how to order. However it came out correct. When I ordered it my way. But I didn't complain about that first incident. It took you Sandra, and all your employees who are too busy on their phones and talking gossip that took it too far. I hope you learn to keep your mouth shut Sandra.
Fries were horrible. Nothing worse that bad fries with your meal. Chicken sandwich was ok, but fries were unforgivable. I usually buy a soda here and go across the street to Burger King... now I remember why.
Went there a few times and ordered through Ubereats too. Don’t expect your dipping sauce or ketchup. They forget 3 out of 4 times.
Do like a nice breakfast here. Sausage McMuffin w/o egg hashbrowns and large black coffee...got my own creamer I carry with me???
Absolutely all set with this McDonald’s .They don’t have one ounce of manners or respect in their body . I go through the drive thru whenever I’m there and they could care less about you . To them it’s just a pay check . I tried calling the location and it goes straight to voicemail ? hmmmm… wonder why.. they probably leave the phone off the hook on purpose.
The attention is good, the only problem is that when you are eating inside, the cleaning man does not lift the chairs or push them, when you are eating and it is an unpleasant noise, someone should guide this man better.
Consumer beware: They do not run or drain their fountain drink dispenser. I purchased 3 happy meals and 3 orange Fanta drink. I tasted the disgusting dish wash soap. I drove back and asked the manager (lady) to taste. She confirmed Fanta dispenser tasted like dish soap. She went in and gave me new drinks which was the same thing but different cup. If the poison dept disclosure tells you see a doctor if ingested why is it McDonalds’s and it’s idiot franchisees recklessly adding these chemicals in our drinks? People eat at McDonalds’s while on the go not catch cancer on the go. These people are reckless. When you mention to them they act like it’s a favor when you’re paying for a service. This McDonald’s made the “do not go” list. I left in the car and the soapy taste became much stronger imagine that in you gut. Just disappointing.
It was a good experince st this MDonalds, better than alot of the McDonald's around the country
This specific McDonald's loves messing up orders. Every once and a blue moon I'll get what I ordered and it will be hot.
