Food was fine (what you would expect from KFC) and it came out fast but the guy taking my order had terrible customer service. He had AirPods in his ear, and acted like it was a huge inconvenience that he had to take them out and do his job.
More expensive than the other kfc nearby. Not all items available and paid extra for custom order and didn't receive what I asked for.
Super nice staff! I awkwardly ordered two sides lover sets (one for my house and one to drop off at my aunts house) and the lady was totally chill about it and got it done pretty quickly too!And it still tasted great by the time i got home :D

I got a Famous Bowl and a biscuit and it was delicious ???. The chicken was chopped up nicely and the mashed potatoes and corn were melt in your mouth good. The gravy was not too salty. They could have added more cheese and melted it, though. Always a vibe at KFC ♥️ and the price is right???. Sincerely, The Critic
Very polite and nice service. I’ve had the chicken bowl with mashed potatoes and corn with a biscuit and a drink. Not a bad price. I’ve also had its crispy chicken which was definitely crispy and good.
Straight musty, workers be wiping their sweat off their face with the same gloves they use to grab the chicken. Go if you like your chicken with extra flavors that aren’t included in the menu
Awful awful awful. Was supposed to be Chicken breast instead it was a thigh. Which was loaded with bones and so dry I couldn’t swallow it. It was supposed to come with a cookie and a biscuit there was no cookie so I had a small mashed potato. This place is brand new they’re not gonna stay open very long if they keep cooking like that and messing up or is it just terrible ridiculous
This kfc won’t last a year. The food is always very very very dry and there’s never anyone there. The Burger King next door has 15 cars in the drive thru. It’s definitely worth the drive to Everett to get kfc.
Very bad customer service.Staff does not look happy or energetic.Messed up the order. Wendy's is always more crowded but their staff are more attentive and customer friendly.
