there is no option to give negative points. The driver is super rude and he did not gave me the food bcz no tip was added.First driver called me down bcz he is not able to find my house though he was standing down. Then he started asking me how much is the tip I said must be added then he said nothing is mentioned here and I said ok I will add,(Thought of giving cash)but he started bargain how much you will pay ,what's the amount,I need to ask in store and then we called the store, the lady who picked up the call she also started yelling at me for tip,I said I won't give for this kinds service for sure no TIP and that guy took back the food .i asked that lady to return my money $35.20,she said ask GRUHUB.I ordered through GRUBHUB now not sure who will return my MONEY.Do not order from here for sure extremely bad experience.

The food here is amazing and the menu is endless! I personally love the chicken tikka masala with naan. The prices are affordable considering the massive portions. The people that work here definitely care about their customers. Every time I order food, I am fully satisfied! 5/5 highly recommend

Ordered here for pick up twice and the food was 5/5 both times. As West Indians, the spices are up to our standard + the food definitely tastes like its home cooked/authentic. Great option for family style meals. Bless up, delicious food with good portions.

I always order take out from Uber eats. Food is very delicious, very much like dhaba style in India. Portions are massive, price is reasonable and the food is always delivered hot.

excellent food, the onion chutney is great, samosa are light and flakey on the outside, generous portion. They made our Halloween!

I love this place. I eat vegan and there is a vegan menu. The food is so tasty. And you get a lot for your money. I have not been inside (take out a few times) but my husband has and he says the people who work here are the nicest people he has met.

Always a pleasure! This is a go-to spot of mine and my boyfriend for Indian food. I love that they have onion chutney. Not all Indian restaurants do. The shrimp korma is delicious and not too sweet. I really, really love the veggie pakoras.

My experience with Joti Palace has been very good. The chicken tikka marsala was quite tasty. I asked them to make it extra spicy and would recommend anyone who likes it spicy to do that. The naan and vegetable pakoras were also very good.

Great food! Always a good experience :)

Nothing less than one star? That's too bad. We just suffered through the absolute WORST Indian food (and worst PostMates order) I have ever encountered. I mean... BLECH.The Chicken Tikka Masala was watery, with dry chunks of chicken and a predominant flavor of... well, just salt. The Lamb Roganjosh was watery and tasted like... salt. To be fair, this dish had undertones of ginger, but they were overwhelmed by salt. The Saag Paneer, on the other hand, had the texture of late-cold mucus, with cold lumps of flavorless cheese, and tasted like... salt (not a hint of spinach flavor). The garlic naan was rubbery and flavorless. And then there was the Chicken Biriyani, one of my favorite dishes in the world... till tonight, that is. Ever had a boxed rice pilaf mix that someone cooked too long? Yeah? Well, add some turmeric for color, and you have it.This meal was absolutely horrific. Do yourself a favor, and steer well clear. Or do the community a service, and picket this place till they give up and stop pretending to be an Indian restaurant.
