Drove here on a Sunday evening summer 2022 with two friends- we parked in the picking garage across the street. Of note, they no longer have any sushi (as of a couple years ago), so the other posted menus are no longer accurate. They still have all the ramen and appetizers though. There was minimal decor and no formal seating area- just a bunch of bar stools that clearly gave off the vibe of a place that operates predominantly as a takeout place. Ramen was just ok, as was the service.

Had a nice hot bowl of ramen from Ebisuya Noodle House ; it was delicious, hot, plentiful and flavorful! I could tell the ramen was homemade ! A go-to place if you’re looking for authentic ramen!

A good place for both dine in and take out.I tried their miso ramen and it was good, not perfect but good, as it was a bit heavy and I have tried better ramen. But excellent vibe. A nice cozy restaurant.

What a great gem near Malden Center. The Shiyo ramen was A+. The texture of the noodles were perfect. The broth was excellent.Loved it!!!!Went again and as always, awesome! The egg was a bit on the cold side this time but still great!

Amazing Spicy Miso Ramen and the Chicken Kara-age is juicy and tender.

Such an amazing little noodle joint in the area. The spicy ramen will clear out your sinuses — has healed me many times. Highly recommend for authentic and hearty ramen.

Cozy atmosphere, fresh noodles, and deep flavors - The spicy miso was amazing! I got the large size and was very happy with how much I got. My bowl had the ramen, 3 slices of pork, bean sports, and some spicy peppers. I do wish I had some more toppings for the $14, but I had just enough. It was super easy to order and I got my food within 10 minutes. The folks I interacted with were super nice. Everything was clean and neatThe dining room is small with only a few tables / ~15 seats, but the seats did turn quickly and it wasn't too busy on a Wednesday night. I will definitely be coming back!

Ebisuya is an absolute hidden gem. I got the shio (sea salt) broth and my husband got the shoyu ramen both with added Char sui and a soft boiled egg and a side of fried chicken. Total came to $40. We are ramen snobs and frequently go into Cambridge/Somerville for our ramen fix but I am happy to say we have found a new spot much closer to home. The broth was something out of Food Wars… Absolutely beyond rich and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Even the soft boiled egg was done to perfection. The hostess and (I believe) the manager were incredibly friendly and courteous. The restaurant is small and cozy and if you love Japanese cinema then sit and appreciate the dozens of Japanese movie posters. Can’t wait to try the spicy miso next time.

I've been to a lot of different Ramen shops in NE and this one is one of the best by-far. The broth is flavorful and the veggies really soak up the flavor of it. The pork is tender as well.I definitely plan on visiting again.

Creamy ramen broth with a good variety of herbs and garnishes. I had the spicy miso ramen, which was topped with a generous amount of thin-sliced pork. The broth was thick and rich, but not overly salty, so I wasn't reaching for water on every other bite like I usually might at other restaurants. Overall a great experience and the chef is very friendly as well!
