In general is ok. But u can have really bad attitudes from some members of the staff..
Teach your employees to use the app. How do I know it more than the people working there? Then, I get an attitude because I'm using it.
Great customer service. The girls at the drive thru window made sure they had my order.
I don’t think They pay attention to your order I live two blocks away and every time is the same I’m not going back there They always talking IThey don’t pay attention I always ask for a medium hot cream and sugar and extra extra caramel I repeat three times the same order and they keep messing it up
The coffee tasted like burnt water and so did the hot chocolate completely watered downed everything so disappointed
Would absolutely not be going back to this location. Wait about a half hour for a mobile order, after leaving and finding out that basically the whole order is wrong. During waiting it takes about 15 minutes to get anyone to acknowledge me after trying to getting someone’s attention. There has been numerous times I’ve left and went to a different location. Drive threw is even worse with getting orders wrongOnly went to this Dunkin’s for so long because it was convenient.
The staff was nice just need to try to make signature coffee's hot & iced .

Ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato because I had a free drink. I scanned my code at the window and it says I owed 0.53 extra. I asked her to repeat the order back to me. Wrong order. I tell her my order again and I pay the .53 because I didn’t want to complicate things. She hands me my coffee, I start driving off, and she yells “straw!” And THROWS the straw AT ME. Not only that, the coffee sucks. Never going to this Dunks again.
