Sorry cause I didn’t have any photos of those delicious cold subs which I ordered and Ruba’s pizza (ordered small but in real the pizza so big). But my favorite was cold sub - salami & provolone cheese (a lot of spicy marinaded veggies and fresh too like tomatoes and lettuce)Thank you and I definitely will be there again!

Called to have a pizza delivery in malden and was told my address was to far to deliver to there pizza shop is located on highland ave in malden 2 miles away from my house I guess asking for a delivery in the same city is to much for them to handle I don't know I guess you have to live in walking distance to get a delivery pretty sad business

I'm not sure what happened to this place but the pizza has taken a turn for the worse. This time I decided to call and pickup the usual large cheese to see if it was freshly cooked. Last time it was delivered and it arrived like a day old pizza. I picked it this time and got it home within minutes...disappointed once again. If you want an old, dried out pizza that's been warming for hours...this is the place. No thanks...I'm done with DiPietro's. Never again. I left a picture so people can see what a fresh pizza pickup they serve now.Replying back to owners comments...I'm not going back and forth on this nonsense. I never ordered a pizza crispy. The readers can decide for themselves. Good luck.

DiPietros has been a favorite since my husband and i were kids. Best Italian Sub anywhere. ?

We ordered Saturday night and were told 45 minutes. After an hour we called back, we were told (by the girl with the attitude problem - if you order regularly, you know who I'm talking about), that they were really busy and our order was on its way, we live literally 2 minutes away by car. Fast forward another half hour. We call and get more of Sally Sunshines attitude, but the pizza comes. ice cold and the wrong pizza. They got the sides right, but ice cold. Call again, real attitude now. We ask for refund, they want to make us a new order. it is now about two hours in. My husband says no, refund please. They haven't yet refunded. We've been ordering there since they opened. almost every week. Sad they treat people this way. He'll I even bought 400.00 worth of food for my husband's 50th. Never again, And I will never recommend them.

Really disappointing experience with this restaurant. Placed an order through Grubhub which got almost immediately cancelled. Cancellation reason in email we can’t fulfill this order. Ok, go to website and was going to actually order pickup but after creating an account ( you have to)and adding my address I see a big “we deliver “ plastered across their website. No visible delivery limits listed while creating account. No warning or prevention when placing order that order is outside of range( this is standard for almost any website I can ever remember ordering from that offers delivery). After receiving an email confirmation and waiting for an hour, I called the restaurant. The woman who answered was NOT pleasant and should not be answering phones. Terrible customer service. When I explained I was looking for the status her reply was “ ya we had to cancel both of those orders… that’s too far” ( it’s 2.8 miles and 11 minutes for reference). I explained that I placed an order through a delivery service Grubhub(how is a customer to assume or know that you don’t actually utilize Grubhub delivery drivers….) and a separate order through their website to which I received a confirmation email for and that I received no notification from them via email or call that they were unable to fulfill this order. This could have been resolved quickly had someone actually had the decency or customer service minded behavior to call, as I would have simply asked to pick it up instead. Chalk this up to a poor website experience, poor follow up policy, or poor employee training/ attitude, either way wouldn’t bother going through the hassle of ordering via another service or their website as the experience is unpleasant.

Had ordered online for pickup a couple days ago, when I had arrived the doors were locked. I figured that they were closing soon and wanted to lock up so no one else could come in. As I waited outside with 3 employees staring at me and no one opened the door. After about 5-10 minutes of waiting in the cold someone finally came over to tell me that they were closed and there was a mishap with the app I ordered pickup on, which isn’t necessarily their fault. But leaving a would be customer standing outside with all employees staring at you is unacceptable.

The worst food I've ever had. The pasta had no sauce. The eggplant was not edible. I could've opened a can of kitchen ready tomatoes and poured it over mushy pasta with no seasoning and it would've tasted better. What a waste of my money. I ordered eggplant parm and chicken broccoli ziti Alfredo just the way they come. No modifications.

Been coming here since I was 6 and boy how the mighty have fallen ?haven’t seen the owner in my last 3 visits maybe that’s the problem to hands off ?? But the food has been going steadily downhill for a few years now today I got a chicken parm I got raw ,pink ,undercooked chicken that was way to thick and appeared to be previously frozen Thank God I was looking at it well eating so I could stop after seeing the pink and not finished it and got sick ?it was a real turn off standards have clearly fallen idk maybe put a few actual Italians in the kitchen???‍♂️anyway I’m finally done I’ll stick with Big A exclusively going forward

My dad ordered 3 half trays, 1 of them being meat lasagna. I called them to see if it was ready and I was placed on hold back and forth because no one knew anything about his order. Finally 4 mins later they come back and tell me it’s almost ready, 10 more mins. While on my way to their location my dads get a call from them and they tell him they don’t have meat lasagna, so they made him a cheese one instead?! I’m confused that they took it upon themselves to make that decision for him. A simple call back to say, hi sir we just realized we don’t have the meat to make the meat lasagna for you, would you mind the cheese instead. So when I get there to pick it up the owner gives me every excuse under the sun, then tell me the meat and cheese lasagna is the same price, which makes no sense but ok. Then said if you don’t want it you can go somewhere else to get it, there are plenty of other places. Oh ok thanks for letting me know that Mr Dipietro! If we didn’t want it, we wouldn’t have ordered it. The customer service from this location is always the worst, I told my family moving forward we will never order from them again. Pizza shops are a dime a dozen, on very corner in every city. Maybe learn to treat your customers a little better moving forward. Realize you made a mistake and try to fix it, not give the customer an attitude like it’s their fault. SMH!! Mind you it’s Christmas Eve
