I only stopped in for a slice of pizza, wait time was quick, pizza was good
Please don’t make the mistake of ordering out of this place. We ordered some take out and we were told it would be 30 minutes. The delivery driver was absolutely clueless and had the wrong address after we called back multiple times to confirm our address. After 1+ hours the food never came.
Food is good but the service of the staff is horrible . I went to get food for work , the woman hung up on me while asking for the total so I didnt have enough cash so I had to slide , came back after work and was told their POS doesnt have the function to change payment types and I said ok how about refund it and write it up again ... Nope no refunds ... Even though this isnt a refund.So that begs the question if something happens with your order guess what tough you are not getting your money back .So I dont care how good the food is I'm not coming here again because either they realy dont issue refunds or because the employees are lazy and didnt wanna do it
Place sucks! They call them self a sub shop, but on a small Italian they only put 2 pieces of cheese, 3 pieces of meat and stale bread. I would advise to choose a higher quality shop!
Last 2 orders were wrong upon delivery. A bunch of us at work placed orders. The last time, the delivery driver had no change and didn’t speak English so needless to say he ended up with a very big tip. I called and emailed but nothing was done about the incorrect food. Won’t go back.

My stove is broken so I've had to order dinner the last 4 nights. I made the good choice of ordering from here the 1st night and have gotten dinner here since. The pasta is absolutely delicious!!! It's affordable, and you get a nice amount of food. Cannot recommend enough!
Been very unhappy with the BigA i got a small order of chicken finger today. 4 small pieces. And i mean small for 7 bucks. Ya thats crazy. ..and awhile back before covid i got a steak n cheese pizza small may i add and they charged me 20 buck so i said something to the lady she tells me ya steak went up ok for the 2 oz of steak you put on a pizza you up charge. 9 bucks ya you all lost my busines. People need to try Goodfellas in saugus ma. There food is to die for and the prices$$ are so much better 100%Im sorry Big A i grew up in malden 43 years and you all had good food for long time good prices but now the last 2 years not so good ....
I’ve ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Calzone there!! It was the best one!! I’ll order with then always!!!
Veal parm sub is excellent, sauce is flavorful and the veal is tender.
