Now that John's Roast Beef is gone I tried Superior Roast Beef and it has lived up to its name.
Starting off with a positive, the italian sub was good. However, I would not recommend it. The bathroom was filthy. The windows were covered with dead bugs. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen area. Sitting area needs a professional deep cleaning. Unfortunately will not return.
I am highly disappointed with the lack of customer service I received today. Not only that, I will no longer return to this establishment. I received a wrong order (fried mushrooms) and had to go back (30 minute drive) to get my correct item (fried shrimp). As I returned I expected to get my item without any problem I am told I still need to pay for my order. Chris, the owner, said I would have to pay the difference. Mind you I have told the young ladies I would get there around 20-30 minutes. I was appalled at that the fact they did not even take to consideration that gas prices this year are crazy high and that I had to return to to get my order because they screwed up. They didn't even take to consideration that maybe I was allergic to mushrooms.This is not the first time they have done this but I did not make a big deal about it. But this has obviously built up overtime and enough is enough. All I can say to everyone is do not be afraid to speak up because they are not taking into consideration of the customers satisfaction one bit.
Very disappointed with the seafood combo. Shrimp was way overcooked, fries and onion rings wet and limp. For over $30.00....never again! Had to throw most of it out. We have been going there for years and was always perfect. If you have a new cook, you should show him how to cook your food.

You can always depend on getting a great takeout from Superiors. Food is always fresh and plentiful.
Favorite place to stop for lunch or dinner when I come home to visit. Jimmy has been like family growing up on great Woods Road as a kid always has the best food and you never leave hungry !! The beef was delicious staff awesome as always!
Just got a tuna sub. Cost me 9 dollars and there was hardly any tuna in it!I ordered it with onions and lettuce, and that is all it had on it. WHERES THE TUNA? Never again!
Sitting outside in my car waiting for my order, watching a young girl cleaning up for the night.She took my order with a big smile now she is hustling and spraying down all the tables and chairs.I'm impressed.... dont see that " hustle"any more !!!Always a pleasure to come here!And the food is awesome!!
