We love Popeyes and wish there were one near our home. Sometimes staff have language or other communication issues bit we like their chicken so much we keep going back.
I love me some Popeye's. (Full Disclosure...I used to work at a franchise in the early 1990s)Popeye's BRING BACK CAJUN RICE...that was one of the better sides you offered.
Worst place ever. I have driven up to the drive thru and couldn’t even order before being told what I could only get. After I asked if they possibly had the seafood I was given complete attitude. Never coming here again. Sad to see staff be so rude and not care at all.
Food is great, if I had gotten my whole order. I drove 20 minutes just to get food from the Lynn, MA store and they didn't put in the sides that came with the meals or the extra one I ordered. I should have checked before I left.
I called from five minutes away to make sure they had shrimp available, as my friend doesn’t eat chicken. When we got to the window. they only had mild and spicy regular chicken and nothing else on the menu. They couldn’t be bothered to fry up the shrimp they had just claimed to have. Forty-five minutes before closing. Jerks.
I have ordered from here before and the chicken was excellent! Today, there's no crunch. It has no batter and is kind of floppy, not crunchy. Kind of disappointing
On April 19th, 2022 I ordered food through door dash cause I was craving Mac & Cheese, so I ordered 2 meals and both were gross. the Mac & cheese was burned and the meat disappointing ??♀️ this place was so good, now it's not that great anymore.
Wonderful Place for relaxing and eating chicken
Did not get the orders right. I ordered five piece tenders which comes with one biscuit and one small side order well I got the chicken tenders with fries and a biscuit do not ask for fries did not get a small side order I also ordered a large potato and gravy did not get that this isn’t the first time they’ve screwed up one time asked for a chicken sandwich mild and they gave me the hot chicken sandwich this was at the Austin Street in line. We got there at 8:30 PM they say it closes at nine but in side was closed for walkins only drive-through is open open
I went to this location and the woman on the speaker was so rude I told her that it was my first time there and she rushed me seemed irritated gave me attitude and repeated my order to me like I was a child and informed me that I would be paying extra to have my frozen drink added to the surf and turf but failed to mention that when I would get to the window I would receive a completelyyyy melted one Literally just the drink mix she poured out of the machine because they had just refilled their machine (which tasted horrible by the way like I can’t even believe she served it to me that way ). So thenI said can I have one of each of the sauces you have…again because it’s my first time here and I want to try them.. I received more attitude and she argued with me over a dollar sixty because I told her I already paid extra for a drink you didn’t have and still let me pay for it so she argued with me and would not give me the sauces untill I gave her $1.61 !! Which by the way included the two sauces I’m supposed to receive with my meal anyway its sauce she was acting like it’s coming out of her check attitude with me at the window was so unprofessional and unacceptable if I could give this place zero stars I would absolutely and I definitely won’t be going back to that place until they change their staff All in all a Terrible first impression. Now I know why drive-through is always empty…also the fries were disgustingly greasy
