They Sent Me A Empty Box Of Pizza And Couldn't Get Me Another One. & Get To Wait 3-5 Business Days To Get A Refund
The pizza was not cooked and my breadsticks were burnt! The people were very unprofessional! I will not go back!
I ordered a delivery from the app and even though the place was 14 minutes away it was assigned for 2 hours later?I decided to give them a chance since I hadn't had anything to eat today... It is 12:36am as I am writing this review and I don't think I am going to get the pizza any time soon..The only thing I am thankful for is that I chose to pay in cash instead of my credit card because that pizza is no where to be seen..
Ordered online and picked up curbside. It was quick and staff seemed nice. The pizza though was not the best....the crust seemed a bit stale in comparison to other times I have had pizza hut. Overall, probably would not visit the location again unfortunately
The food was primarily good, but I asked for extra sauce on all items and even ordered 2 sides of marinara sauce, but neither the pizza or the pasta came with ANY sauce whatsoever on it, dry! And there was no sauce for the breadsticks except the extra i purchased. This made the mean nearly inedible.
This place is horrible. Wrote delivery instructions for this driver and he couldn’t even understand it. Also took half my pizza, DO NOT order from this place. Arrived home from work about an hour after it was dropped off.
Make a pizza thats worthy of pizza hut. I ordered extra sauce i got literally a no sauce and they put hardly any toppings on a meat lover. I should have taken a pic it was a joke pizza. Retaliation for ordering xtra sauce? Lazy and pathetic
2 hour for deliver a pizza 5 block from the store is to much time to wait to eat a regular pizza. because really was not a good pizza
This place couldn’t get an order right if I was standing there in the kitchen and telling them piece by piece what I ordered. The delivery person gave half my order to someone else and seemed to be cool with it. I was told they’d have to remake it all. I’ve already waited over an hour. Cancelled the order. Just make your own food.
Jennifer, the manager, is doing an amazing job! she is thebomb.com and runs the store like a pro!I however was disappointed when she told me she had not heard anything, received a raise, or had any special thanks from PizzaHut as a result of my efforts to fill out the survey and let them know.
