I am furious right now because i am a manager at a restaurant and I would never treat my guests badly. I ordered from Nicks in Lynn. I ordered a Haddock plate and a chicken wrap for delivery. When my food arrived on time I tipped the driver and proceeded to the kitchen table. When I opened the plate I was very distraught at what I was seeing. I am not one to complain because I know how it is to work in a kitchen but I just could not understand how a business would ever allow such a disgraceful , pitiful display of food to be sold to anyone. There was no fish just hard breader . I called back to let them know what my problem was and the gentleman on the phone refused to give me his name. The manager was not polite and had no regard for any type of hospitality to his potential long lasting customer. I will starve to death before I give this business any more of my money. As a manager I can’t even fathom the idea of not making sure my guests experience is absolutely the best. This place needs a whole new training in Hospitality and guests relations.
Ordered a pizza and a sandwich from here. My food was as cold as ice! called and complained. the only concern you had was that you demanded your food was given back in return in order to replace it with fresh hot food. that's absolutely disgusting that you would delivery food to a customer then demand to have it given back in order to replace their order! won't go here again!
If you want burnt overcooked food, terrible customer service from a bunch a disrespectful teens name genesis and yogo. Probably wrong spelling of their name but who cares, this is the place for you!!!This place should be reported to the better business bureau for the terrible quality and consistency with their food. Also for the disgusting and disrespectful employees.
I have to agree with Koi on the rude customer service.I made an order based on the coupons on their website Monday was supposed to be small cheese pizza $5.25 one toppingWhen he tried to charge me approximately $8 I questioned it and said that's not right he said oh the websites old LOL I said well maybe you should update it he shrugged! The rude dismissive customer service is not acceptable.
Food is good! 100% recommended!!Grilled chicken Buffalo calzone is the best and so is the Shrimp Alfredo Broccoli Ziti with cheese on top.They'll mess up your order every now and then but they always make up for it.

Friday night I ordered a large hamburger, onions, tomatoes, and black olives pizza. pizza is delivered. there's is two of. we began eating the pizza, 3 and a half slices in I notice it has ham on it. WE DO NOT EAT PORK. I called to reasonably explain the pizza was made wrong. they were immediately dismissive. they asked a bunch of question as if they are investigating a pizza scam artist. Then I'm asked "HOW MANY SLICES WERE EATEN". At no point was there an apology for making my food wrong. At no point was I offered any sort of resolution. At no point did acknowledge their mistake. they treated me as if I was trying to scam them out of 3 slices. absolutely terrible customer service, manager is rude, clueless and truly has no business being in customer service.to sum up they made my food wrong, refused to refund me, and were very accusative as if I'm trying to scam them out of 3 and 1/2 slices.
Service was great. Pizza was delicious. Steak fries were actually steak fries, & fried just right! I've also had their honey BBQ chicken sub, which was good - didn't care for their mozzarella sticks, though
First time I've eaten there in a while, we were in a hurry, forgot to take pics. Absolutely delicious!! The portions were excellent, everything was piping hot. I had a BLT (nice crispy bacon) plenty on it. My hubby had salemi with veggies, and the gentleman asked both kinds? Didn't know that was a choice.. great recommendation! We sat at a table(they have dine-in) but he gave us everything to go-we didn't tell him we were sitting- and he was nice a enough to apologize for doing nothing wrong and gav us plates and a big bottle of ketchup for the nice crispy fries we also ordered. Will DEFINITELY return to enjoy something else!! And take. Pics! Thank you Nick s for a great 1st impression on a "quick" visit! ?
Disappointed. Chicken fingers were bland and dry.Seems like maybe chicken was made in house but over cooked and under flavored. Meatballs were just bad must be frozen. Kid got spaghetti and parts were hard and uncooked. I'd recommend switching and getting frozen chicken fingers like most sub places the flat ones are usually great as long as cooked correctly and swap to making home made meatballs. That would fix this whole situation if your reading this I want our local shops to succeed. Good luck.
