Very bad service. First I asked for the meal deal and tried to change a side but couldn't, so I decided just to get a different meal. Female who took my order was rude. They messed up the order. When I go home to eat the biscuits were extremely hard and you could tell the chicken has been sitting there for awhile. I would rather take the extra few mins to go to the KFC in Chelsea then every go there again.
The place was not busy and the tables and floors were dirty the whole time we were there. There were tons of employees just talking loud and a manager trying to give instructions to everyone. My chicken sandwich had more mayo than bread and 5 pickles when I wanted none. I will not go back. Ever!!!!
Absolutely the most disgusting restaurant. KFC is not a great brand but this management is so poor, it should be taken away. You will never see a good, honest review of this place. An absolute embarrassment
Food is kind of blah. Has went downhill over the years since the colonel died.
It's a hit or miss at this location. Either your order was wrong, employees was being rude or you find hair in your food! Maybe even all the above. Choose your KFC wisely..
I ordered the spicy famous bowl & regular a couple of weeks ago. The chicken was small & dry. It seemed like it was old & should be thrown out. KFC should look in to that.
Could of been better went to drive thru had to wait for order on the side
The manager is the worst! That’s why the whole team is so rude it’s crazy! They have an attitude for no reason every time I go here which is why I’m never going here again. They don’t even care to give the customer a proper amount of food as a manager I would replace everyone…. They have majority one start reviews get it together !!!
The mash potatoes were expired.The combo didn’t bring biscuits. The Chicken was old. My family and I immediately threw the food on the first bite.
The young man who took our order was very nice however after waiting on our meal for 15min already we were told there was no chicken left we would have to wait another 20min problem was we herd them drop the tray of chicken we had just waited for so I said cant wait I'll take a popcorn chicken in place of the chicken I already paid for was then charged another 8 dol
