Placed an order using their website. Took my money and then got a text saying order was not accepted and that I would be refunded. There was no email. It was reported to my bank as fraud
The food was delicious. Only complaint I have is the 3 chicken pastelitos I got were pretty dry
I ordered from Uber Eats,The food came wrapped in plastic and every single item in its own container,ai thought was very good it kept every item hot and true to its own taste by seprate packaging. The food itself was full of flavor,the beans,the meat and the sweet plantains were sweet and had that crisp char i love! food also came with rice and a salad! the homemade dressing was very light,almost like a light version of italian dressing.Very happy with the food i will def be ordering again!

The food is good.. the people working there are very rude and ignorant.. they will see you standing in line and serve somebody else who speak Spanish.. that's not right.. I didn't want to start no problem so I just walk out.. I will spend my money with people who respect me..
Food is good, service is okay if you can get someone who's attentive to you, better to get take out or delivery
I tried so heard to like this place where do I start bad customer service, bad communication, excruciating wait times, unreliable staff, over priced food, unfriendly work environment/staff, one day I ordered a large plate with rice and steak got home took one bite of the rice and felt disgusted like the rich had this sour thingy taste my gut feeling was telling me they mixed old rice with new rice I immediately through away the food I will never eat here again

The food was excellent. They had a huge variety of meets, and the place looked and felt nice and clean. If the place was a dump i would tell the truth believe me.. But it wasn't.. Nice place to eat.. ✌
