If I could give them zero stars I would. The slowest drive thru in the city. You wait 20 minutes for 5 cars. They NEVER make the pick up tickets from the app. And to top it off they always have homeless people begging for change at both ends of the drive through. I don’t know who’s managing this store, but it’s a joke. I’ve lived down the street from this location for 5 years, I refuse to even stop anymore. I’d rather drive across the city. I worked for Dunkin Donuts as a teenager and never seen anything this poorly ran.
I love this D&D, but today they made my coffee wrong. I can't hold it against them too much, we are all human and this was the first time in weeks it wasn't perfect

Just takes so long. People in front of me were really picky (more coffee, touch more of caramel flavor & half tsp of equal). Hjt

Did not give my recept when I ask for it the said that will give me my money back but they need there drinks back even thought we drank them share you ask for you recept .Food cold.
