Good place to get a coffee and good people

One of the only locations in Lynn that actually understand that when someone asks for four pumps of Mocha.....that you actually GET four pumps of Mocha. I'm stating the obvious but when pumping swirls, push the pump all the way down....let the pump COME ALL THE WAY UP.....then push it all the way down....let the pump come back up. Most of the other locations throughout the city pump the swirls so fast without letting the pump come up....your lucky to end up with a total of one puump after asking for the regular four in a large so USUALLY I'll ask for SIX pumps knowing that I'll be lucky if I get the regular amount. Crew members are pretty quick and pleasant

I went in here today after ordering via the app at a different Dunkin donut location. While attempting to cancel my order on the phone with the place that I mistakenly ordered my coffee, the employees (all 5 or 6 of them) were yelling and screaming to one another jumping up and down with excitement. (the only reason I am giving this 2 stars and not 1 is because they were laughing and I am if nothing else, appreciative the energy was positive).After I voicing my apologies to the woman on my phone who could not hear me, of it being super loud (where I was), I was then told out of nowhere that “if (I) didn’t like it that I could get out and not come back!)Um, what??!! I mean, this was said indirectly to me and actually to the other employees about me but loud enough so I could hear crystal clear and when I looked up, the woman had a very disgusted (almost mean) look on her face staring right at me (this person was not working the register.)I am no Karen lol, but I’ve worked in Customer Service my whole life and while I don’t believe I am owed any special treatment as a paying customer I do believe at the very least I should be treated without disrespect first thing in the day.The comment wouldn’t have been taken so cruely either had it not been for the look I was given. Super unprofessional and classless.I just don’t see how people who do not hold an understanding for basic human decency would choose a job where they work with people.My advice would be to lighten up a little bit and understand that most people coming in for a coffee are doing so to start their day and no one wants to start their day being treated rudely by an absolute stranger for absolutely no reason.

Always easy to order when I come to this location. Staff is always respectful and fast. Cups have the Christmas theme going ! My coffee was made just how I ordered it. Thank you Dunkin’ Donuts see you soon.

Unprofessionalism in the workplace. Coworkers scream at each other. I got a free coffee once, along with other people, once an employee ordered 300 coffees and tried charging the customer $908. It was an accident but she didn’t know how to cancel the order or work the register, pushed the wrong button, and malfunctioned the register leading to the store closing 50 minutes early, 3 customer orders leaving with free coffee(s) after an employee told them to leave, and a long line of customers having to leave and re-route to a different Dunkin Donuts. Cleanliness is poor, and the customer service is very disturbing. I ordered 5 coffees last week, and 2 of them were made completely wrong after I was very clear on what I wanted. Coffee was lukewarm, sandwich was wrong. The girl inside didn't know how to add money to the app. What a joke

I normally go to the dunks by my house but today I put in a mobile order at this location.I've never received a coffee that tasted like it was watered down until today. Very disappointed. I'm guessing maybe they were just having a rough morning
