I get that fast food places mess up , everyone’s human. But this place I don’t think has ever gotten my coffee right. Every time I ask for cold brew it’s regular and bitter, and cold brew is more expensive so it bothers me. The one time I went back and asked for the right one, they say “it is cold brew” I worked at dunks myself for years and can taste the difference 100%. Just make a new one for a customer when they say it’s wrong

On my way to work, one Dunkin could only take cash, the other couldn't male any hot food. Late to work and still unsatisfied.
