Order took over 2 hours and 15 minutes for 1 medium pizza. It came crushed, cold and disgusting. I would have cancelled after an hour but my son wanted to hang in and eat it. Terrible service , never again.

Second review time for this store and this is my third only review ever. I was generously given a free medium pizza after a messed up order. I redeemed the coupon and was delivered the complete wrong order. Then I called back and the manager assured me I would be refunded and that my free pizza would be available. A week later come to find out neither are true. I was not refunded nor did I have a coupon for a pizza. This place is the worst run store I have ever encountered in my entire life. It really is something to wonder at. five orders and maybe one of them was accurate and delivered on time. If you want the wrong order or false managers, order here!!! best wrong order in town. Do not order, period.

I ordered food last night with a contactless delivery, the driver called me 3 times over a 12min span, completely refusing to leave my food on my front porch. Instead the driver takes it upon himself to put my food on the saddlebags of my brand new motorcycle.I called the restaurant to inform the manager so he could retrain his drivers, and instead tells me that this is crazy I'm upset he put my food in the wrong place, and also told me he wouldn't be upset by someone putting food on his brand new car. Absolutely horrendous customer service, and terrible drivers. Will not be ordering again

The staff isn’t educated on how to properly apply specials, they will have customers at the register and not acknowledge them at all as well. The food is good. The customer service is horrible

GABRIEL NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Gabriel is the worst employee I have ever come across. Extremely rude, and I never got any pizza! Dominos kept hanging up, muting us, and apparently when a pizza doesn’t get delivered to you it’s “not their problem” so I’m left with a $71 charge and no pizza. Thank you Gabriel for horrific service. 0 stars.

Made the mistake of not checking the reviews first. Ordered at midnight a few nights ago with no issues. I probably order from here twice a month on average. I order tonight and get a call back 20 minutes later simply stating "we aren't doing any more orders tonight" but they're still listed as delivering under the dominos app.If your deliveries are closed, make sure to update your electronic systems too.

I placed an order on 1/02/22 at 10:14 PM and I never received part of my order. Called the store and was told that it would be applied to my next order. Then I placed another order on 1/07/22 and again I didn’t receive the missing part of my order due the information getting put into the wrong spot by the employee who I spoke to originally. I Called again and was told I had to call beforehand when placing another order. In order to get the food I was missing and paid for I had to place ANOTHER order. Why can’t I just get my missing food re delivered to me or just give me a refund! I understand everyone’s short staffed but that doesn’t justify just taking my money and not giving me what I paid for in return.

Staff was really good. I received my order on time, and it was the right one. But as usual it's Domino's you get what you pay for! And now a $5 fee for delivery, Shame, Shame,!

That was terrible! We didn't get what we ordered, and we were tracking it online and it showed that it was quality check for just under 40 min. The Pizza's were cold and one was over cooked. The only reason I gave it a 1 star, was the only thing right, was the cheesy bread. This is the second time this has happen in 6 weeks. This store needs new direction and or it could be greatly understaffed and untrained too.Update: Thank you for reaching out to me. I have been in retail management most of my life and I understand what you are saying about being understaffed. I wish there was a way for you to communicate with your customers about lead times. I would have been happy to come and get it if there was going to be a delay. As far as getting it right, that certainly is a training issue that can be fixed. If they had actually did a quality test, they would have discovered the order was created incorrectly. I hope things get better for you and your staff.
