Placed my order online and picked up in store. Hot & fresh, friendly staff. Only thing they forgot my marinera sauce & icing for my bites ??
Took almost 2 hours from placing the order to receive my order. 11 minutes shy of two hours. If I had known there was only 1 person working the store and one delivery driver, I would have picked it up, 5 minutes from my apartment.
Terrible experience with this store, never gonna tip this store drivers again ?
Had my food delivered by Amelia it was terrific. Got all my items and came perfectly intact!
Great customer service. Fast delivery and ordered through app. Simple app to use. Dominos is the best of the mega pizza chains. It used to be Papa Gino's but they are hard to find.
Absolutely unacceptable. The delivery service took 1.5hr, I had to call the store, and after another 20 mins (was told 5-7 mins) the driver handed me crushed boxes. One of our pizzas as clearly shown in the photo has half the toppings on the top of the box. I understand being short staffed but crushing the food is never okay. I've never experienced such a thing and we will not be ordering from this location again.
I ordered a hualalulu hawaiin specialty pizza and got this from their driver instead its a shame how nobody takes pride or care what they do i will never again go there...nobody answers the phones there either customer service screams poor work ethic
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the store. I placed my order and they didn't deliver it to my house. In the app I was told me that I had arrived but I couldn't find pizza or delivery guy at the door. I called the store to try to solve it but they didn't even care. I was very sad about the situation, they should at least return the money since I didn't receive my order!
Ordered a delivery, arrived 3 hrs later. The kids love dominos so the following time decided to call ahead and pick up the order myself. I arrived at the store and found it closed. Call again confused Bc I had placed the order ahead of coming in. Turns out my call was transferred to western Ave store. I was never notify my call was transferred to a different store. All the recorded messages greeted me with “thank you for calling dominos at union st” how was I supposed to know the store was closed. Horrible experience.
We place a order online, and we are waiting for the food for more then 1:45 minutes! I call the store, I spoke with the manager Rafael, and he said that’s normal because the waiting is about two hours!That’s totally unacceptable.Step up Dominos on Union st Lynn MA.You guys need to more professional and on time!
