To the owners. #quality drives a customer back. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, like always and the meat was terrible this time.... It was such a mystery of what that was. I was better off getting a frozen chicken patty from the grocery store, And I hate those!!!
Got here early there was no line and the chicken was fresh and delicious. Very busy area though so I can imagine it getting crowded very quickly.

I don't know where these God awful reviews come from...I have been going here for at least 5+ years. I have had catering from them on multiple occasions. And anything I ever have gotten, was great, and made very tasty. The trays of chicken in particular that served my guests-everyone raved about the chicken. Where is this chicken from, it's so good? Crown fried. So to sit and be mad, and try and clown an establishment, talking about its microwaved ? where do you get a microwave that cooks crispy chicken? I'm wondering you said everything is microwaved....do they make the salad that way too, or even their crunchy fries. Please, there might be a long wait because it's a small establishment, but that goes to show you it's a long wait because it's so good. Go on down there, and I promise you you will agree with my review.
there chicken is the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. anytime I bring it somewhere, everyone raves about it.
The fact that this place has any 5 star reviews just shows the quality of food in Lynn… Everything is precooked, chicken is dry, mashed potatoes aren’t real potatoes, literally tasted like flour… and the coleslaw had a real weird taste…. Go somewhere else… trust me
I love this place, except today when I went there and purchased 3 chicken meals for my kids, I needed 3 sweet and sour sauces. But the guy behind the counter told me I was only able to get three and couldn't have a third. Not only thaty, for close to 12$dollars a meal, he forgot to give me my sodas to boot. I've been hoping here for many years, hubby and kids love this place. This is the first time I have ever dealt with this person, I honestly don't know why he basically dismissed me after receiving my kids dinners. I can assure you I will not deal with him in the future.
Popular place for quick chicken choices but you wait a bit so patience is key, staff works hard to keep up.
