I’ve haven’t lived in Lynn for a long time. But, I’ve been to many restaurants in the surrounding area. The food is decent here. The food is nothing to travel for nor pay for parking for though. I’ve been there multiple times and the manager (or owner) has never been pleasant). I overheard the way a manager was speaking to her waitstaff about her customers (she called them the c word). I consider myself a very patient patron but will never go back to an establishment that has no respect for their paying customers. I also heard the same manager speak down to her employees. At the very least, have the decency to respect your wait staff. Very disappointing for a place with decent food. I emphasize decent food. There’s a dominos close by with kinder management and equal food. They will also appreciate your business. Disgusting.

We cannot Thank Ciao Cafe & Bistro enough for hosting our Son's First Birthday. Every single time we have gone in to dine or whether we take out, staff, food, drinks and dessert are amazing. For his first birthday, Sonia, Sean & team worked so hard to make it such an amazing, memorable, and painless experience. We had a variety of food from pizza, wings, sausage pepper and onions to Sonia's amazing charcuterie display, all was amazing. If we could give them 10 Stars we would. So, if you are wondering if this is a place you want to dine in, take out or have an event, do so because you will not be disappointed.
Had a great meal. Excellent arancini and a generous portion of a chicken broccoli Alfredo. My fiance had meatballs with spaghetti which had some of the best meatballs I've had in a long time. We both had 2 drinks and the bill was around 120 including tip. Staff was prompt and friendly. Will definitely go here again on a date night.
Two great pizzas - sausage red and Ciao white. Light crust, balanced sauce, delicious. Reasonable prices, friendly service.
CIAO is such a wonderful experience. The food is unbelievably good and the service is absolutely amazing. The best dining experience I've had in a while and I can't wait to come back!

Excellent service, the pizza was perfect, just like Naples Italy , salads and drink excellent. A must try and will be going back.The atmosphere is fun, chic and outstanding drink menu.
It was our first time there the food and drinks were amazing and everyone that works there is so friendly. I highly recommend and we will return, next time with friends.
