i swear , i’ve worked 5 years of customer service and these ladies have no respect and they also can’t take orders right when it’s even from the menu card , mind you im a regular customer but today was the worst service and it continues .

So I guess they only want Latin American/Mexican people eating here I could not understand the menu so I just left and went to McDonald’s
I have been ordering from casa Metapan for the last 5 years. They Play such a big role in our community keeping our culture alive with authentic Latin American food . no matter what day /time/ or dish you order it will be worth it !! They deliver in a timely fashion and are very kind. They have the best pupusas around hands down!!!!

Place has very good food. I recommend the beef or chicken soups. Would give 5 stars if the lady that answered the phone wasn't always rude about how long their food takes to deliver.
This place is my favorite. I eat in many restaurants but to this place I go the most. The stuff is very attentive and the food they cook is so fresh and tasty. I am always happy to have a nice dinner in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Had a awesome experience in this spot with my kid. The food was served quick and the customer service is just fantastic. Prices are reasonable.
