Gone to this location for many years, but apparently is under new management and in my opinion this place is currently overpriced, food quality has dropped and high value and popularity items are no longer on menu, hate to do this man but, nah...
Pros: Delicious food. My favorite flavors for wings are: West Texas Mesquite, Honey Mustard, Honey BBQ and Buffalo (Fire)Cons: Difficult to find parking, No longer delivers to my house (I live about 10-15 mins away), Smaller Portion Sizes, ExpensiveThis place used to be a lot better but it has changed.
Food was ready relatively quickly. Female cashier up front was friendly. Biggest complaint is: despite my order being properly taken (based on my receipt), the kitchen got it wrong. Ordered 3 honey bbq and 3 garlic parm with ranch. Gave me 6 honey bbq with bleu cheese...I can deal with 6 honey bbq wings but bleu cheese is nasty
Best Hot/Spicey wings or tenders around! Seasoning selection has a plethora of options! Great fries!! Friendly quick and efficient staff! All this at a fair price. Don’t walk….RUN TO WINGS OVER LOWELL!
Decided to give this restaurant a try and I will NEVER order from here again. My food arrive cold and undercooked ? and it’s only 13 minutes away from my house. Not only that… in the middle of the night my husband and I got the worst stomach pain and the runs! I’ll rather stick with Wings Over Boston, their food is SO MUCH better.

This place is amazing, delicious wings and very friendly staff! The girl at the register was very helpful and helped me choose one of their many sauce choices. I ordered the tender sandwich with Cajun teriyaki and it was really good. Would recommend to anyone looking for wings if you’re downtown.
wings are pretty good, decent size and high quality meat. Their sides (loaded tots and waffle fries) were not very good though, their ranch & buffalo were weird too it was like the containers from Market Basket, and it’s pretty expensive for a combo. Overall 7/10
Came to the store to eat yesterday because they was having a lighting show in Lowell. food was good but some woman came in there saying she hate all the people in Lowell because she was late for work. She was rude and very disrespectful and loud she even sent the staff home who was doing a wonderful job. I was so turn off me and my family got up and left wont be coming back ever again. Feel sorry for the staff that works there
I was in town for the Thanksgiving weekend and we decided to order from this place. A friend recommended it, so we decided to give it a try. My friend called but I was next to her on speaker, since I had a question about the family meal and my friend didn't know the answer, she asked the person on the phone. However, because the phone sounded really low, my friend asked the question again. The person on the phone answered "I just told you that!" Very rudely even though my friend was very rude in her tone. It sounded like we were an inconvenience to her. We ordered the family meal with honey bbq and garlic parm tenders and the golden bbq wings for pickup. The food was fine. Unfortunately, the customer service over the phone was terrible.
