Everytime I come here they are either closed for the day or having some kind of excuses to not take orders. I was here today at around 5:45pm and they had a sign up saying they will close at 7pm. No one was there to take orders and when I drove to the window, all the lights we're closed but their were people still inside.
Wendy's was great , great food great workers , the food is awesome , very nice comfortable clean place to curb your hunger ??
This is the absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to. At night the crew shuts off the lights so people will think they are closed. They close the dining room early and when the line gets long at the drive thru you can't walk in to order. Today I was the only 1 in the drive thru and it was 5 minutes to get a soda and a frosty.
Fast service. Order was on point and staff was friendly. Food was prepared perfectly as I had a particular order.
Worst Wendy’s. Note to a manager: the staff on 6/25/22 at 4:00PM was horrible. If you’re looking for “FAST” food, do NOT go here. Terrible service. They took 10+ minutes to take my order at the drive through…Then, after asking what I wanted to order, completely stopped answering! So I parked my car and walked inside — they hadn’t even placed my order! I waited another 15 minutes before getting my meal and then they still made me pay for it, after wasting so much of my time. Outrageously bad service, these workers should be reprimanded.
Nothing like biting into a chicken sandwhich and it’s dang raw!! Hot and NOT cooked. Absolutely disgusting! 2 star cuz at least the fries were made. Oh, soda machine had no ice either. Cool
Ordered from drive-through at 10:25am. Breakfast menu on the screen which I hadn’t seen before. “Number two” a croissant, I ordered. It looked pretty good, “and a large hot coffee”. Waited in the drive through line quite a while, got to the feed window, received a two hour old cold medium coffee. “Last coffee we served was about 8:30” My cup had been poured from that pot. Then I was given a bag of chicken nuggets and fries! I guess that was because, by now, their breakfast hours were over. Funny how they’ll gladly serve breakfast’s coffee even if it’s from a pot that turned off two hours prior, but if I order breakfast and they have me wait until lunch menu’s on, I get a surprise meal! Well, at least, they gave me a large hot coffee later. But no sugar, “‘coz she said she already gave that to you”. And I had already put it into the cold medium one. ‘Coz I had trusted they’d give me what I’d asked for. Lesson learned; don’t trust this vendor.

Fast, friendly drive through staff. No issues. Order was ready quickly. Order was correct. Food was hot and tasty.
probably the worst wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The morning staff seems to be great, but the afternoon / night shift is absolutely horrible. Not sure if it’s short staff or careless workers. Not once have I gotten an order correct during the night. Either everything is incorrect, or many missing items. The lines are so long & inside is closed, so you just have to take the loss.
