We went there Sunday night and the drive through had several cars. That happens often to our local Wendy's too but here in Norwood they tend to be very slow so when we see a line we don't even bother waiting as it can be 20 minutes before even placing your order. For this one we were hangry so we figured we would wait.They were actually quite fast and we were ordering within 5 minutes. We decided to order through the app to save some time. We did and when we got to the speaker to order we said the name and thought it was ok. Turns out the app let us order an item that they said they didn't have on the board so we didn't know what would happen. I asked for an extra BBQ sauce with my nuggets cause the app didn't let me add one and they said of course. They didn't mention the out of stock item on the speaker and we only saw the notice as we were driving away. When we got to the front to pick up our order they tell us about the out of stock sandwich so my wife asks what they have as a replacement so she tells us all the chicken sandwiches and she says I would like one without mayo. They were very friendly and say we can make any without mayo. So she orders the spicy chicken and I emphasize that she hates mayo that's why. They assure us it won't have mayo and prepare the order. When we took everything to eat we find out that asking for an extra BBQ sauce resulted in no BBQ sauce and Saying no mayo didn't matter as they didn't pay attention and put mayo anyway. Maybe even more than normal :pSo basically really polite, but can't pay attention to do their job correctly which is probably why a long line moves fast. Just glad it's not the Wendy's that's near us. We may avoid ours when theirs a long line, but at least when we do order they pay attention to any requests. Usually...
Horrible night shift staff experience. I placed my order at the drive thru window and i expressed to the woman taking the order that i had a coupon and she said please show it to me at the window so upon showing her she states their scanner is down and they cant honor the coupon so i asked for a manager and the girl closes the window and repeats what i said to the manager with a sassy tone and the manager comes and says she cant honor it and i told them why didnt they tell me that when i expressed i had the coupon and now im negative 500 points on my acct so basically wasted a free meal. Im sorry i know its just a meal but the manager and the other staff was rude and unprofessional and to top it off they gave me diet coke not regular and i swear they did it on purpose. I asked the manager for her name and she hesitated so not sure if ashley was even her real name.
USING THE ( F ) WORD!!!!! ??(Unacceptable)I am choosing 1 star because after today’s experience I never want to go back I had ordered 3 items witch where all done wrong.i was very disappointed with the service so I had drove all the way back to the same location an had ask for them to remake it the manager there took the liberty to get the food remade but when I asked for him to take the receipt he said don’t worry I remember. So then after a 15 min wait the food came out again . Once again everything was wrong so I had told them my concerns the food was once again dry an all the ingredients that where supposed to be on my sandwiches where not there. That is when the cooks started to cursed me out. Using the “F” word. He then came to the window and tried to get loud with me but I kept it as casual as I can obtain. I told him you don’t have to curse me an he kept on . So all an all it wasn’t a good experience I didn’t enjoy the food an the service was very interesting while paying 28 dollars at a Wendy’s?
Let me tell you this Wendy's always gets it right. Food is prepared as ordered. Even big orders they get everything correct. Good food good prices. Quick in and out
Excellent customer service at this location on Chelmsford St in Lowell, MA. Cashier was so friendly, she was really sweet. It’s great to see a person happily working. It’s refreshing. Thank you for making my trip in the drive thru for 6 kids so easy. And the food was hot!!! 5 stars.
I don't know where to start... At first I was upset the spicy chicken deluxe had too many pickles and just as I had gone to show the waitress, the location got held up at gunpoint! She grabbed the pickles and threw them right in his eyes, jumped over the counter and apprehended the suspect. I will never forget what she said to me, "Can never have too many pickles"
I never have a problem when ordering breakfast or lunch but every time I order dinner it’s a problem!! Tonight I ordered payed delivery and tip to be missing more than half my order I call and the very unprofessional manager just hangs up. I go there to pick up what i payed for and he wants to get bad at me because he can’t do his job and starts swearing and just saying horrible things . I myself work for customer service and the way I was treated tonight was just completely wrong and I’m still shocked this happened !!!! I will never order from here again !!
Bad bad night service!!! I want there last night I asked for 1 orders if four for four and 1 biggy bag and some baconator fries... Wen I got to the window the girl gave me my bag I notice my order was incomplete my burgers were disgusting in approached the window again they took my bag gave me a different order.... Then I went back and the manager was there talking in the window with this friends when i asked to talked to him he ignored me and went backed inside.... I asked to get my order correct and the girl in the window gave me a nasty attitude took my bag again and they messed up my entired order for the 3rd time they came a bag that looked like they were dealing withba dog...... NEVER AGAIN I WILL GO AT NIGHT TIME THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!???
They messed up my order big time, and the manager of the store basically said it's my problem. I got a delivery order that was completely wrong and she said I can pick it up. They refused to refund me.The store manager was very rude and blamed me for her mistake. Maybe hire someone who will take ownership for their mistake instead of blaming the customer.I will NEVER be back to this one.
Wish I could give 0 stars :) not only do they take forever just to take your order, but they also somehow use that time to forget things you ordered as well. Even if it’s something as simple as 2 large fries. And to the purple haired girl who was so entitled and couldn’t take 2 seconds out her day to hand me the fries that I paid for, since the world is so unfair, it’d be a bummer if Wendy’s fired someone like you.
