Those on the Autism spectrum beware, the food is great, the chicken fingers are supreme but the customer service and order taking kind of sucks. I ordered on the phone and specified no vegetables or onions for my girlfriend’s order, she’s on the spectrum and the texture of certain foods like onions or steam fried vegetables skin makes her vomit, welp we open her order at home and it has vegetables and water links, now she can’t eat the food she payed for.
Nasty amount of hair in the food. I mean hair in food is gross enough, but the amount I got was absolutely ridiculous. In my large beef lo mein was 3 medium pieces of hair and in our small chicken lo mein was yet another long piece of hair. Threw out our other 2 lo meins and our pork fried rice because we didn’t trust it. Last time I’m ever ordering from them again. Luckily doordash was nice enough to fully refund the order
I sat and ate in the dining area very recently and while I was waiting for the food to come out I noticed a roach scurry across the floor. Would not be surprised if there’s a bigger underlying pest problem. That & customer service was lack luster.Wah Sang will come in clutch if you’re hungry late night though.
ordered a delivery for my gramps when he was sick. they were able to update me when the food was ready and delivered. love that.
This was one of the greatest Chinese restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Of course like everything else, new management comes in now it taste as if I’m eating Chinese food in Manchester New Hampshire which is notorious for having Chinese food as bland as cardboard there is no flavor in this food now it is no longer as great a restaurant as it was for decades sorry to hear it I will miss the old wah sang.
Really good food. First time back in the area in 29 years. Food is still good, made in an open kitchen. Even with taxes the prices are decent.
Carfull when placing online order , menu prices is not updated. I placed my order thru their website , called the guy at front desk after picking up the food , he said they have no control on their website. Really ?? And he said :The prices for itens was before COVID , and things when crazy ! But listen guys ,they have not changed Saying that anywhere on the website . So whatever you will order isnot what will could get it. From whatever you order .they could have more itens with problems . Double check before placing order . One of them is a PU-PU 1 I will like to give 0 stars , but dont have the option so you get 1 from my 0.
Wah Sang does a great job and has a lot of items to choose from. I cannot say its the best chinese food I have had, but its pretty good. I was expecting more from the peppered wings last I had them, the peking ravioli are generally good, the crab rangoons are the mid range quality ones, and the egg rolls are pretty filling. They tend to turn out orders quickly. As far as prices go for chinese food these days, I think they are on par with similar restaurants.
Pay attention when you place an online order The online menu was a different price and they try to charge you a different price after you place order.. Worse customer services!! I will never order from this places again
girl at front veery rude, makes you feel unwelcome, food is not that bad for at late night it’s not that great, you don’t want to work ? don’t make your customers un welcome .fu
