The male employee was extremely disinterested and rude, we left before even getting food before his service was so awful. He told us to literally “get food somewhere else” I know Subway’s a huge chain and no one gets reprimanded for anything but this was pretty low even for terrible customer service.

Conveniently located, Friendly staff, Great food. I’ve never had a bad experience ordering at this particular Subway.

The food is great. Some of the workers either seem completely uninterested and I've seen them talk trash about a guest that had just left. On the other hand there is a girl that works there that provides great service and seems to enjoy it. Basically like the McDonald's of sub shops, sometimes other customers make things difficult, can't fault the establishment for that.

Food and drinks were missing . Food was ice cold and my sub wasn’t even wrapped up it was thrown into a small brown paper bag. The website or the app has no place for complaints! Downtown lowell subway horrible service!!!

Place is trash and so is owner Anna and rosa.... Not business people. Dirty and nasty lowell ma health dept should be down there.

Let me just say I come here almost 6 days out of the week. I LOVE subways and not a lot of subway spots are as good as this one. My boyfriend and I come in to eat different times out of the day and will always say the same thing when we walk in .Subways "Eat Fresh!" And we always gotta eat fresh :)

Need more training on customer service, management and friendliness. Food was great!

No one working there knows what they're doing I went there to pick up an order for doordash after a 10 min wait the kid pulls out the order ticket from the hand washing sink with a 2 other tickets they took 3 customers before they even looked at the incoming doordash orders. When I asked why they weren't making the online orders they said because they had customers so I guess if you order online your not considered a customer.
