great customer service, and extremely quick. allowed to use my river hawk dollars as well! such a great and convenient place to grab a quick snack. shoutout to my girl izzy for being the best employee. she never stops smiling!
They are so slow with the order and there is always a long line waiting to order.

Horrible customer service as I approached the only 2 baristas walked off to do a personal errand and left an elderly lady that was mopping to make my frappuccino well she basically made me an Carmel iced coffee minis the COFFEE and acted like i was wrong for asking if she added coffee it was almost white i watched her she didn't even go to her the coffee because she got distracted my the fat tattoo face that walked over and acted like she was even there to see what i saw let's just say since i wasn't going to get it right here i dumped it into the bushes and went to Target where they ALWAYS get it right.
Staff are usually kind but the management and employment quality are low. I'm on a budget and really need to save my money for expensive things in life every adult needs. I didn't want to spend anymore in my checking account since it was too much this week, but since I still needed breakfast, the cashier said she won't be taking cash! I just went to the ATM to withdraw so I don't have to spend anymore from my bank and I just got ripped off more 😡

Same menu as any other Starbucks. If you go here in between classes good luck getting your coffee quickly. Sometimes the lines back up to a 15 minute wait at least if it's before or after a class. Theres pretty much no like of you go during class though. No one really talks to you while you stand in line and the Staff Is usually just busy making orders. They work well under pressure though.
Love it here. Very convenient and the staff is really nice.
They really should start taking names down while its busy. There were 3 girls with the same order very awkwardly trying to figure out who was there first (all 3 went up to grab one drink)
