Delish with lots of varieties from Shakes, ice cream and toppings. Plenty of parking in the plaza with less than 10 tables but still not crazy packed where you can’t find seatings. The decors/paint changed which now the place looks outdated.
This shaved ice is WAY better than snowcones. The ice is flavored before it's frozen, so it's tasty all the way through. The bubble tea is decent as well!
Large portions of mediocrity. And don't expect service if you order ice cream, order in store or are not Asian. The clerk told me they put online orders and drinks as priority and I saw them serve every Asian family who came in before my Latino and white family. Should have gone to Menchies.

This place is great. Sometimes you just get tired of the same desserts but this place gives you something different. They gave a lot of different options so there is definitely something for everyone. I got the wake up call that contained strawberries, bananas, mangos and red bull. You could taste all of the fruit but not the red bull so I'm not sure it was added but the drink was good none the less
I’ve been going here for the past 6 years or so. The drinks are consistently good and fresh. Most of the staff is cool except for this one particular cashier that always has an unreasonable attitude with us. My friend tried entering her rewards information into the pinpad and he repeatedly canceled her typing on purpose as to make the checkout process go by faster. Lousy. We were also told they ran out of boba and then watched an employee walk out with a fresh cup. Good drinks subpar service. I work in food service before you call me a Karen
I think today was the last straw that broke the camels back. I’ve tolerated their poor or lack there of customer service with their employees of few times. My patiences was tested today when I went to complete an in-store order on 11/12/2021. The cashier, whom I did not get her name since her manager Corey, said he’s not allowed to give me her name. This particular cashier seems to ALWAYS have an attitude problem whenever there is an encounter with me. Eye rolling and very rude demeanor. My order was paid in cash and when she returned my change which included coins, she threw it into my hand causing the coins to drop on the counter. She was not apologetic at all. I was going to tip her but with her attitude I didn’t. This is my last time giving Snow Daes any business. I appreciate the good drinks and all but it’s not worth it to return if they can’t hire the right people and train them to offer better customer service. You have lost a loyal customer and I will let the community know of this incident. Snow Daes, do better.

It’s very good and if you are going to snow days I should suggest the Dane mango very good
