With So Very Many mixed Reviews, I Can’t trust ordering from Santoro’s of Lowell. The Owners should better understand-that many people read these before deciding to order or not? This is definitely a huge MIXED BAG OF REVIEWS, which Tells Me There Is NO CONSISTENCY!!! Which is Never good for a Business especially a food establishment.Get it Together People. Train your Workers Better Because It All Reflects On you the Owner/ Management. Your Team will only be as good as you are!!! Good luck I’ll check back as I often do. Like many many others I’m sure
An establishment that is timeless in the city of Lowell...a neighborhood favorite. Under New Management for the last few years but keep many old favorites as well as adding new options to the menu. Nit located in the best are of the City...many local homeless citizens in this area. From cheese fries to salads to pizza, pasta and desserts...Santoro's has it All!
1st time the spinach and feta calzone was so watery it fell completely apart. What a mess! Second time I ordered a salad and played it safe. They gave me packets of kens dressing instead of homemade the way they used to. The kens dressing was absolutely horrible. 3rd time I ordered an italian sub. I requested oil and vinegar and received it dry as a bone and skimpy on ingredients. Cold cuts tasted weird too. I am so sick of complaining to this shop. The quality has gone straight down over the past 6 to 8 months. Dont know if it changed hands but my take on it is they don't care anymore and rush the foid out the doir. Dont even get me going when the delivery driver has to get out of his car to drop the food off. He gets so upset. Time to use Pizza Hazel.
When I need lunch delivered at work in Centreville, Santoro's always 100% satisfies! Santoro's Turkey BLT wrap is excellent. Thank you!!!!
The staff are always friendly too. The online ordering is so easy and convenient to use.
Ordered delivery from here a couple of times and every time, their buffalo chicken calzone is ??Today, ordered steak & cheese calzone and buffalo chicken mac and cheese calzone. Steak and cheese all the way.
I always get subs here. Been my go to for Italians and Steak and Cheese subs for years. Seems like the new owners have brought back a lot of the old staff and I think its on the right track to be up to the same standard it used to be under the original ownership.
Best place for pizza specials if you want to too large pizzas for just at $20 here's your place and it's not just any pizza it's delicious I'm a connoisseurs of pizza. for $20 for two large and you will not leave one slice of crust in the box the crust is completely edible with a lot of people don't eat the crust that won't be the case here. Take my word for it for $20 give it a shot you'll be back enjoy.
Placed a delivery order at 12! An hr after I called looking for the order. They said that they had it as a pick up. Told them it was for delivery. Another hr passed they said they came and no one answered. They never rang my buzzer.. I never got my delivery.This place used to be my favorite, until new management took over. They give Santoros a bad name.
Anyone that gave a bad review doesnt tip. Tip good and you get fresh hot good food hooked up in under half an hour within range no matter what time or what you ordered. Top 5 in lowell right now 11:22 p.m. thursday 2/24/2022.
