I waited an 1 hour and a half ordered baked haddock dinner got fish in a bun and fries and salad no dressing thank you
I ordered take out in person. The facility is clean and the employees are nice. I got 2 pizzas (a cheese and a margarita), super beef (roast beef with onion bun), chicken wings, and fried dough. Overall, they are delicious. The pricing is fair. Food are fresh and tasty. The roast beef is definitely very yummy. I would definitely recommend
I work long hours across the street so rizzos is truely ol reliable for me and all my coworkers. their pizza is so much cheaper (and better) than a lot of the other places around. the small pizza i get has 3 toppings and is still only $12. tried their eggplant Parm the other day and that was great too. the caramelized onions they have as a topping option are delicious. appetizers are a little over priced but that's really the only thing. would definitely recommend.

Ordered online and as hours passed, the food never showed up. Called to inquire about my order and the guy on the phone gave me a hassle. I don’t know if they were too busy or they forgot but the overall experience was horrible. Thankfully I ordered with PayPal so I was able to get a refund through them. Otherwise, I doubt I would have even gotten my money back. It’s a shame because the food is good but the service is in need of some serious work.
Stopped in to Rizzo's Roast Beef the other day and got the Super Beef on onion roll. Ate half for lunch that day. And half the next day. Such a full belly I slept like a log. The motif of the restaurant is sports. But the interesting thing is the architecture. Cozy and warm. Right across the street from Lowell Memorial Auditorium. Great place to munch before a show. The Boston Bakery brownies are a nice sweet for afters. ??

Started okay, then had but onions rings and uncooked pizza, with no sorry my bad or anything. Not even a coupon or we will send you a new one.
Had a terrible experience while ordering on Grubhub from them. Grubhub said the restaurant has its own drivers who deliver. I called Rizzo’s to ask them why I hadn’t received the order, they said it hadn’t been picked up. Grubhub called them for the status of my order and the store goes “we don’t have drivers available” so I had to cancel the order.Then, I placed an order for the same calzone. Guess what? They just heated up the old one and gave it to me. When I opened the box, it didn’t look like it was fresh out of the oven. The cashiers did not admit that. They lied to me that it was freshly made. The food wasn’t even that good. Will never go back. I got scammed.
