Veg Manchuria gravy is Terrible. Worst Manchuria, they soaked the 8 veg balls in bowl of soup that's not how one makes the veg Manchuria even you ask for with gravy. spices are nil, only flavor is tangy, there is no garlic, no spring onions, not spicy at all. I regret ordering this. It is completely waste of money. I want my money back. It is terrible at taste, I am getting vibe that they don’t care how the food tastes. Stop saying that authentic Indian food, if you not making it per minimum standards
Very tasty and flavorful Indian food! I always get their butter chicken and garlic naan. My husband has tried a few different dishes and enjoyed all of them.
Great food. Awesome service. Reasonable prices. A bit odd (basement restaurant). I thought it all lined up to make this place my go to when I'm in the Chelmsford area. Especially recommend the garlic naan.
When we dined in few months ago for lunch, the lunch Thalis were tasty and reasonably priced. Tried their takeout multiple times on Ubereats, no consistency in food quality. Had disappointing experiences with South Indian dishes like biryanis or dosas as they were neither tasty nor authentic. Tricky thing is they service Ubereats multiple restaurant names with variable prices which seems strange.
Tried placing an order online, all information was correct and the order was still invalid error. The website needs to be updated and secured, I hope my card info wasn't stolen.***2 too many hairs in the food. I ordered the butter chicken found 2 separate hairs in my food. FYI My hair is blond and curly.
Priya Lowell has very authentic, home-cooked type tasty food, and average service. I've been a happy customer with them for awhile. However, I had a bad experience recently. I ordered a dish, which I've had at Priya before and many other Indian restaurants, it was not cooked to my liking, and when I expressed that I'd like it differently the only response I got was that it was "supposed to be like that, and we serve it to 150 to 200 customers a day." They did not take into consideration that I paid for 2 orders of a dish that I was not happy with, which I was hoping to enjoy. Instead I was told that I was wrong. Again, I have had 10+ experiences at Priya and other restaurants, and each time it was cooked correctly. This may have been just one particular employee at Priya, because the service is normally very good.

Each has different layer of spices and heat. The shrimp curry has 8 large shrimps which were tender and springy. The vegetable samosas are crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside.

We kinda forgot about this place.. Ask the wife if she wanted to have Indian tonight because we really enjoy it. So we thought we would try this place because we do remember that it was good and our last experience although a long Time ago was good. As soon as we walked in we good smell the kitchen in the air. So pleasant. That being said the food was fresh and the best Indian food I have ever had.. Then it came back to us that we had the same experience years before.. Excellent job guys!!!
