This place was sold months ago, didn’t know and ordered pizza and chicken finger dinner, it was terrible, I could make better pizza at home from scratch, and the onion rings were greasy and soggy! Chicken finger were the frozen type. Wrong sauce was included,FOOD Tastes like Garbage!Food took over an hour to show up too!
Their is better pizza at Market Basket…..stay away. New owners are so cheap they squeak!
Pizzas are alright. Greek style that tends to have a bit too much sauce unless you get a normal cheese. Their subs are good and pretty standard. French fries from here are amazing on the other hand... Really flavorful and crisp. If you are gonna get a pizza do yourself a favor and get fries.
Ordered last night pizza sucked got antipasto salad no cheese 4 small pieces of cukes 1 black olive not much meat allset with that place they were good not anymore
The counter girl was very kind, as was the delivery woman. But I got home opened my steak bomb sub. I Thea it back in the bag and returned it. I kinda knew something was wrong when I grabbed it to leave and it felt like nothing but a sub roll. My initial reaction was on point, That was the most pathetic $13 sub I’ve ever bought in my life. I have never in my life return to Sub that’s how ridiculous it was. My opinion you should never go there and order a steak and cheese sub
Got a large cheese pizza and fries. The men at front desk were a bit rude and gave weird looks. Wouldn’t mind paying that price if the food was actually good. Would never go back. Thanks
Traditionally, my family orders pizza on Friday nights. I have been in search of a new pizza shop to order from since the one we were ordering from was becoming more and more CONSISTENTLY disgusting ( i.e. burnt pizza, hair in the food , a disposable glove IN THE FOOD) !!!! I decided to try the Pizza Palace based on the fact it is located conveniently close to my home, their reviews were all positive, and their prices were extremely fair. I can honestly say that I will DEFINITELY be making Pizza Palace my family's "Friday Night Pizza " spot!!!! Not only are their prices VERY fair ( it helps when you have a big family), the food was EXCELLENT. The pizza tasted good, looked good , you can tell it was made with care. We ordered delivery and the driver was very kind . We unfortunately didn't get one of our items we ordered ( it was just an honest mishap, we are all only human!) and when I called the store, they were extremely kind and accommodating. More so than any other place I've ever ordered from. I would highly recommend this fabulous little hidden gem of a pizza place!! Given the plethora of pizza options there are in Lowell, this place is by FAR at the top of the list!
Their syrian pizza is surprisingly delicious - thin crispy crust and it holds three toppings. All the food we’ve had here has been excellent.
Ok,,, just might be my go to spot just ordered pizza for the 1st time . And it’s hella ? tasty . Also got a kids chicken finger plate. Good portion and good too.
Excellent pizza of all types. Great cheese fries and the staff is super nice! One of the best steak tip subs around.
