I’ve been visiting this restaurant for over 10 years and never had disappointed time.I strongly recommend Pad Thai here.Of course, extra large beef noodle is a must as well.

Right away, I didn't like the ligthing of our table because it was dark and my shadow was making the table even darker while eating. So, I was agitated a bit. We ordered pho and rice dish with chicken. The portion sizes were big and server was polite and quick. I didn't like the taste of broth in pho because it was too sweet for me. I don't know why but I almost think it was a dessert soup. I couldn't finish it.

Great food and atmosphere

The pho seemed greasier than normal. Taste did not stand out. Did not live up to its high reviews. The bi cuon app was better, just the right amount of saltiness and tenderness.

Best pho in my life! The beef broth is killer and i always get extra veggies with my order. So delicious and crunchy. Also, (not pictured) are the most incredible vegetarian egg rolls are ELITE!!!!!!!! I could have like 12 of those. Xoxo

We’ve been coming to Pho 88 for awhile, and we didn’t mind the slow service since we usually go when we aren’t in a time crunch. The food had always been consistently good. Tonight, we noticed a foul smell coming from the kitchen after we finished eating. We noticed the door was open and one of the chefs emerged from the kitchen. The chef sounded alarmed and pointed out an issue in the kitchen, to which one of the employees kept saying “rats” to him. We won’t be returning after this.

They really have to do better with being clean and being sanitary esp during a time like this. I literally watch them clean every table with the same dirty wet wash cloth and on top of that they just throw it on top of a high chair. I honestly lost my appetite because my daughter had to use a high chair and it was so dirty, wet left over food from god knows when.. it was awful I almost wanted to leave.

I ordered the Xe Lua Pho, picked up n got home all within 30 mins and the broth was stone cold and tasted like nothing but cloves (the black things you put in a ham before baking) needless to say I don’t think I’ll be returning

Excellent spring rolls and soups.

I give this place a 4 due to they finally changed out their dirty carpet to a nice engineered floor. They still need to sweep and clean the foot placement at the bar.. Always appear dirty...like they never sweep or wipe it down. They did mess up my take out one time, but dining in is the best way to go. Also, it is the only Pho in Lowell that I would eat.
