Best Restaurant. Hands Down.Recently moved out of state but this was the first restaurant my man took me to try Cambodian food many years ago. We're still together to this day and have a kid together. No other restaurant compares to here. The quality is out of this world. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. This is a place I wouldn't mind spending any amount of money for. The only place I could see myself tipping far beyond 30% simply for the quality and workers there, the environment is so comforting family owned and you feel like you're apart of the family. Absolutely amazing. I hope this place never gets shut down that will be the day I stop eating food.
If you’re not Cambodian or look Asian the workers at this place probably will look over you and won’t even greet you or ask if you picking up or anything. You can tell they don’t like people of color. Every time I go to pick up food here I feel the tension like I’m unwanted. Like my money isn’t the same as someone that looks like them. On many occasions I have stood at the cashier desk waiting to pick up some food as my family likes their lok lak, and no one will come speak to me until someone Asian comes in line and they will take care of them first even though I was standing there. In a town of many cultures and people of color you wouldn’t think this would be happening but here we are.
I ordered food from this restaurant a few times I love their food generous portion and reasonable price I will come again. If you're looking for delicious, generous portion, and reasonable price I recommend you this place.
3/19/2022The absurdity I had deal with today was beyond words.First, I was told it will take only ten minutes. Sure ok. Waited. Came back. “Almost done.” Ok, sure. And then 30 minutes fly by, I start hearing my food name being tossed around from kitchen to the floor. “Hey, do we have any ‘lort chha’?” “Hey, he’s been waiting for awhile now.” “Oh lort chha guy getting mad” mind you, I was standing patiently waiting, but that comment alone did it for me. A waitress came over and ask how many I ordered. Shouldn’t you go ask the guy who took my order?! Through out my waiting, I see customers coming in asking for their orders and they have food trays laying around everywhere not know which order is which. An hour later, the chef came out with my food in a box. She was the only one who apologize sincerely while the rest of them pretend like nothing happened. The Last time me and all of my Lowell, Dracut, Tyngsboro and near my community will be going there. Treat all your customers with respect because word of mouth travels fast. I never raised my voice or showed them any stress and also tipped them 20% as usual. Off to the next restaurant who cares about their customers and not just taking orders solely for money.
My favorite restaurant ever, all the foods are the best ???
the food in this place is phenomenal. Step outside of your comfort zone and try something you've never tried before.
( Rude Service ) I ordered pickup, and came 30 minute later. I walked in and a lady waitress walked up to me and ask me, " what are you doing here" . I replied, " I ordered fried chicken ". While I was waiting, the same lady came up to me again. She was standing in front of me and said, " why are you still here waiting ". I replied, " I'm waiting for someone to give me my order, because no one is at the counter. So she went behind the counter, and gave me my food after I hand her money. I walked to the door, but right when I open the door about to get out. I can hear her said, " that guy is a yuon ". A " Yuon " means Vietnamese. I was very upset when I walked out the door.
Very good food, close to the UMass campus, and not too expensive
The foods are in large portions, the owners and staffs are very friendly. Love this restaurant. I would highly recommend this lovely place to anyone that loves Asians food. I love the fried chitlins.
Awesome good food for awesome price.
