I love the food. It's some of the best in the city. The lady at the front can ve rude at times. But the food out weighs that. I eat hear atleast 2 times a week. Great prices and specials.
This was my first time ordering food here and I highly recommend that everyone should try this amazing pizza place! I placed an order for pickup and my order was ready fast! Everyone was so sweet and generous as well. Thank you guys
Been going to this place for years, live right down the street, I ordered 2 Garden salads with grilled chicken, my Wife found a peice of plastic wrap and a hair in her salad. Definitely not going there again!!!!!
Large variety of food on menu all excellent taste. Delivery is fast and reliable. Portion size is good, staff very friendly.
Ordered 3 items this evening. My sandwich was excellent. My girl ordered 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and her daughter ordered a small wings. When the order arrived the wings were BURNT and they forgot the 2 slices of pizza. No big deal. We called the delivery driver back and advised he forgot the pizza. He stated he would be back in 5 to 10 minutes with it and he would "set it down" on the porch area. When I retrieved the pizza it was ice cold and cheese, not pepperoni as ordered. We then called the Restaurant and I use that term loosely. They stated they would bring us a new order of wings and pizza, again I enjoyed my sandwich. Someone from the Restaurant called back and stated they wanted the wings back after we already told another employee that our daughter was hungry and already ate the wings. All we wanted was 2 fresh pieces of pepperoni pizza. We then called back and stated to just keep the pizza and were then RUDELY hung up on. Lost our business and I'll make sure to tell as many people on social media how you treat your "regulars". As a matter of fact this post will be my next Facebook, Twitter and Instagram status. Again my sandwich was great but the rest of the experience was [email protected] POOR! Customer service [email protected]! Rude and extremely uneducated on how to treat the customer!
Found a hair in my food! Absolutely disgusting! 2nd time this has happend...... This place is unhygienic.You will get sick ordering from this place!
This was my review I wrote literally right before a worker flipped me off when I (smiling and warm) asked to break a bill to give him a tip:"Love mill city!!! Open late, large, pretty high quality menu. Beyond that, but they are also all really nice and they get our orders right every time! Get their grilled chicken sub!! My bf likes their pizzas and he has pretty high pizza standards, also. Overall, a great choice for pretty much anybody so I would recommend!"So, correction. They have good food, they're open late, but watch out for jerks who flip off polite, young women.

Idk if it's frozen dough or didn't cook it enough. Also just a headsup for anyone the small pizza is quite small. The chicken part of the pizza was good.
I love their daily deals! It’s worth it! Plus whatever changes to the order they typically produce on point. Friendly staff and delivery persons. I keep ordering there for a reason!
I really don’t like posting negative reviews like this, but this isn’t the first time we’ve had lousy food and service from Mill City Pizza.We had a lot going on today, so we decided to order pizza at around 8 o’clock. First, the pizza was supposed to arrive around 8:45 but wasn’t delivered until 9:15. Then, when it arrived, it was cold. On top of all of that, we were missing one item and they messed up another item. I called, and the woman on the phone told me that they made a substitution because they were out of the other item. Interesting. She then told me that she’d send someone over with the missing food. It’s been an hour; I don’t think they’re coming.
