McDonald's can't even get the order right, and the kids who work there are very rude and they don't listen to anything. Try giving out napkins and straws we shouldn't have to beg for any ..... By the way I'm a chef and expert if any food place needs any help with Quality over Quantity I can fix it with my knowledge about how to make a customer happy when their ordering food. No one's food should be cold or burnt. A customer does not mind waiting on good food. Let's get back to the basics and remember what made McDonalds number one and a fan favorite. I know we're all short with employees, but we have to use what we have to keep the tradition going Ronald McDonald is watching. Thank you
There is a great variety of food at good prices. the service was really good. The decor was really nice. I liked the way one could order.
Everyone that works late night amazing workers every night amazing people there had a problem 8 months ago haven't seen person since but best place staff is the best anywhere no doubt thank u to all the late night staff
The service is great and the place is kept immaculately! Everyone is always very friendly and my order is ALWAYS brought out quickly!! The managers have made a HUGE improvement to this establishment since taking over!! ?

Marvin (GM) is an absolute delight! He praised his employees for getting our food swiftly!his positive attitude was a great change of pace (compared to other McDonald’s). Our food came out hot and ready in less than 5 minutes. Whoever is Marvin’s boss needs to give this man a raise!!
3/22/22 around 4-5pm. Today I went through the drive through and ordered my food. There was only My car and another car on my right side that had already ordered. They were were before me. I got a few simple items. I ordered a 20 piece nuggets and the girl repeated back to me " a plain cheese burger? " And i said no 20 piece. She said it a few more times and i raised my voice a little more cause I'm thinking maybe I'm talking to soft. I'm talking very clear and she just kept repeating the wrong items back to me. I don't know how you get a plain cheese burger off of me saying " 20 piece chicken nuggets ". She messed up my order. She didn't give me the fries i asked for. She added another drink when i only asked for one. This isn't the first time that this has happened to me at the same location. It's the same girl who did this before. I don't know if she's fooling around while taking my order inside the store or trying to be funny with me, but it isn't funny when you keep messing up my order. Then when she's done taking the order she has an attitude. Mind you, it wasn't busy because it was only 2 cars. Mine and the other guest. So it would be nice if you can talk to your staff memebers.

Had a great experience tonight at this location! Right when I walked in, others and I were greeted. Food was great, and fresh! There was a minor accident however, the cashier must’ve misheard me say caramel instead of mocha frappe but that was okay because the nice guy with curly hair took care of the situation and let me keep the caramel frappe as well.Update 3/5/22: We ordered on the app for curbside, and the experience brought our original 5 stars down to 3. The wait was terribly long at a time of 20+ minutes for nuggets and a large fries. Not only did we wait for what seemed like forever, the female worker, with long black hair, who handed our food to us was incredibly rude with no manners. No greeting, no thank you, no you’re welcome after I clearly said thank you, not a single word or facial expression. Maybe she’s upset because she had to walk outside for a total of 20 seconds, but i’m sorry that i made you do your jon and you got upset about it. ??
