Nice staff and good food. I would prefer the bread to be less dry and less salad/humus as it was messy and little hard to chew on.
The first time I had the Grilled Gyro from Marko's was back in 2019 and I had the same from there again today, April 2022, this time it was tastier. I have got no words to describe it. Awesome food.

It may not be as noticeable from the street as it should be, but Markos in Lowell is some of the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. The customer service is top notch and it has exactly the flavor profile that I was hoping for.The chicken is tender and cooked fresh. The yogurt and cucumber sauce and hot sauce go extremely well together.My wife and I usually share one order of their Monster Fries with chicken (spicy). It is more than enough for two people and the fries serve as a great bed for the chicken, tomatoes, onions and sauces.My only complaint would be, of the multiple times we've had, one time the fries were not as fresh as I would have liked. To be fair, it was about a half hour till they close.There are benches outside which you can eat on, or just eat in the car. There is parking available usually, but the traffic right outside is a pain sometimes.They have confirmed on Facebook and in person that the chicken is halal
It was ok. Got the grilled gyro. Little on the salty side and drenched with sauce. I'll have to try the combo plate next time. Being it was my first time going. Having lived in Lowell for over 15years.

I am a delivery driver for doordash and I LOVE when I have orders to pick up from Marko’s! Everyone there is beyond friendly, especially the woman in the front. She personally delivers everyone’s food right out to them in their car, no need to wait in long confusing lines. She’s always bright and cheery and puts me in a good mood whenever I see her.

Go right now. The customer service is impeccable and the food matches. The Mediterranean loaded fries with marinated chicken and spicy sauce was fantastic. Portion was quite large and the staff will bring food to a table or car for you. The unfortunate reality is the traffic patterns make this place criminally difficult to get to. But I’ll walk a mile in the snow to go here if I have to. Keep up the phenomenal work.
Marko’s has the best gyro around. Get the “gyro platter” for some extra crispy Greek fries. Stop by for lunch during the week, or for their dinner hours on certain days. This food is delicious, and right in the heart of downtown Lowell!
