The staff is friendly and I’ve grown to build a friendship with some of the employees! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. I always enjoy going there for the delicious drinks!
Reasonable prices, fast service, lots of flavors and combo options! The app makes ordering ahead and paying in store super easy too.

Really happy to have this location open up in Lowell, I’m at an office nearby and am here often. The Thai tea with milk cap is the best, unmatched
Always out of toppings. I get it, we’re still coming out a Pandemic. But if you go to a location in Boston (more traffic), they can keep up with the demand. Why can’t suburban locations can if locations is as busy? Get it together. They also will cancel the whole 3rd party( Uber eats, door dash) order if they’re out of a single topping. Why not just make the tea and send it out with no toppings. Common sense.
