Got a meat pizza thru DoorDash because their delivery range isn’t up to par…..Anyways $35+ for one pizza plus the fees $40+ for a pizza that barley had meat on it.Regular customers that had turned me towards Jimmys years ago have now told me they won’t return there because they are to expensive and not worth the price!I totally get inflation, but if your going to charge more at least make the pizza like years ago…… nope, triple the price and 1/4 the meat.Sorry Jimmy’s your place gets 1 star ⭐️
I paid over 30 dollars and did not get any food. When I asked for a refund they gave me an attitude and tried to blame me for their defunct online ordering website producing an error. When my order came up as a pickup instead of a delivery, I called asking them to change it, and they told me they would cancel the order but never did.The person who was seemingly the owner made a comment about how this was "Money out of their pocket" if they refunded me. Even from a profit driven perspective this makes no sense because they have just lost a consistent long time customer with their extremely unprofessional service.
So I call today to order lunch and have it delivered to job. The owner as he said he was ask me for my phone number and my address I give both. After giving the address the guys ask if it’s a business and I say yes. He’l rudely demands a name of the business I explain to him more than once that there are no signs just that number from thr address he tell me he can’t continue my order till I tell him the name of thr business. I told him just use thr address I gave him. I kept explaining that we don’t give that due to security reasons. He hung up I can to ask for a owner he told me he was the Owner. I call back he’s just as rude. I’ve been going there for year he called me a liar and said that impossible because my information didn’t pop up. Well that happen whe you change a number. Never have I been treated to rudely there.
Won't fix issues when they happen, never going here again. Horrible staff but ok food.
I don’t know what happened recently but their pizza got so so much better! They went from a Greek style pan pizza that was mediocre and greasy to a really killer New York style where they nail every part of it!Some pizza doesn’t make for great leftovers but these do, try the mozarella sticks as well they’re excellent!
I've eaten at Jimmy's in the past and it was always delicious ? but I was very disappointed because I got teriyaki chicken and rice but the chicken had no teriyaki flavor whatsoever at all. It tasted very bland and the rice pilaf was undercooked and crunchy ??
Tried ordering online, their end didn’t get my order, but charged my credit card anyway. Tried calling them, only for them to say they didn’t get an order and that only those who get an email confirmation can get their order. Bad customer service
Great Food, I’d say they’re the busiest place in Lowell. Hands down.
Pretty middle of the road place. Their food is okay but they screwed up my orders a few times or the bread will end up all soggy sometimes.Some of their items are also very greasy like their fries.
I ordered teriyaki chicken wings here and didn't like them because they were drenched in teriyaki sauce. Next time, I will ask for them to be cooked plain and have the sauce on the side. I have dined here many times and the other items on the menu are very good.
