Ordered for the first time tonight…. Via doordash at quarter to 10 PM….. I was indeed that a**hole tonight. Man, doesn’t Lowell always pull through for me though. First of all — 11 for $11 boneless wings. Thank you. I won’t elaborate, just thank you.The combo was a heaping portion of fries too I still have enough for lunch tomorrow. Honey Chipotle, incredible, Gordon Ramsay would tell you it puts the franchise restaurants to shame. Don’t normally review on Google but had to say thank you

Wings are always ok but idk what’s going on the the fries every time , old and over cooked I don’t get it it’s every time I order
Used to be my favorite place to order from, but not recently. At first they offered a great deal through the doordash app and that's why I tried it and I fell in love with the sauce and the amount of fries. Now the fires are hard and burnt, the chicken is also hard and overcooked and there is barely sauce covering the chicken than before. Such a disappointment.
The buffalo sauce is not even remotely spicy and insufficiently coated. The curly fries have zero kick to them. The blue cheese dipping sauce is watery, completely chunkless, and very vinegary. The smoked wings were tender fall off the bones but under sauced with bbq sauce.
I was nervous getting food here because of the bad comments. I got the 11 pc boneless combo. The food was good, but not great. The pricing is good which I like
You would expect a place that makes just one thing to make it really well. Sadly that's not the case here. I've tried the wings here several times now and like others have noted the wings are not crispy (which I think pretty much everyone wants), but instead the skin is rubbery and looks uncooked (they are fine inside). It wouldn't take much to fix this issue, but based on the fact that many reviews note this problem they must be sticking with a formula that they think works. It doesn't for me. On the upside the staff is super friendly and the food is done in record time!
Like others have said, this place is tanking it.The wings started off crispy and well sauced in the beginning, now they are rubbery and under-sauced. They managed to crisp up the fries fine, not sure why they can’t cook the chicken properly.Ordered from here at least a dozen times, this was the last and final straw. Won’t be wasting my money here ever again. An absolute shame. This place had a ton of potential.
