A small ice cream was $5.20 but the reaction from my server when she accidentally knocked over my bike while sweeping was priceless.Would bike here again.

I've always came here as a kid. Now at 33 imma get a little part time job. Place is clean and very homey like !! Bob is a very nice guy!!

Had the Blueberry Oats frozen yogurt which was good. Servers could do with a bit more cheer/enthusiasm.

If you prefer softer ice cream I'd say this may not be for you. But if you like real deal hard delicious ice cream this is the spot. Idc about lines or any of that. Its $10 for a quart (2 pints). I take one home. That's a good price. The seasonal apple pie ice cream is amazing. I'm not gonna mention but I have tried all the other spots. I always end up back at heritage because the ice cream is just better in my opinion

I had the clam platter special for only $8.99. Jose was the server. Bob had been there since it's opening in '76.In the parking lot Heritage hosted Monday night's car show which includes a DJ, raffle, and even a radio station, WROR or 105.7 (80's and more).Everything and everyone were fantastic. I plan to return next week.Kathleen

I haven't been here for a while, so I was surprised that everything wasn't as good as I remembered. On the good side, the staff were friendly and fast. Also the mini banana split was excellent. Two choices of ice cream, plenty of toppings, and whipped cream. Oreo ice cream was also great. On the needs improvement side was the butter pecan. Basically vanilla ice cream with pecans. Also the mint chocolate chip was minty, but no chocolate chips. I'll be back.

This is the worst ice cream place in the area. The ice cream is very overpriced and it is not that good compared to other places. I’ve also been served ice cream that had chunks of ice in it. You can get way more ice cream for the same amount of money at other places around. The boss seems very cheap and doesn’t treat the employees very good either. There’s no tip jars there, I went to give my change as a tip after I got my ice cream but there was only this “donation” can which I’m sure isn’t even donated to anything. The employees are working hard and deserve to receive tips as the employees at every other ice cream place do. You’re better off just going to the grocery store to get ice cream, it’ll be cheaper and taste better.

Heritage Farm Ice Cream & Restaurant in Lowell, Mass is incredible! They have an amazing selection of delicious ice cream (mine was rum raisin) and they also serve food! Look it up… The menu is massive! They truly thought of everything that anyone might like to order, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced! It’s definitely a family friendly restaurant so even kids that are picky eaters will find something they like! They have seating outside at picnic tables with umbrellas for cover! Everything was very clean and well kept! Even the parking lot! We opted to cross over to the other side of the street! Everyone was enjoying their ice cream in the shade of the trees beside the Merrimack River! The carnival must be gone by now but Heritage Farm Ice Cream & Restaurant is open! ❤️

great clean fresh and wonderful staff

Great local favorite for lunch. Lobster roll with clam chowder was tasty!
